  1. You can't reset the password of an account while the account is suspended for inactivity. You must reactivate your account first. You probably tried signing in too quickly after reactivating. It can take a few minutes to reactivate if the load is high.

  4. Unarchived. Your username is svrusaf2 now.
  5. To test this out I changed the password of the database user tmzafar_admin and logged in remotely. I was able to create tables, and run insert queries just fine on the database tmzafar_kd-ueberdachung. Whatever is causing you to be unable to do this yourself isn't the fault of the server as far as I can tell. You'll need to reset the password of tmzafar_admin back to whatever it was before.
  6. The postgresql extension pgcrypto has been created on the database mtarsa_BoardGames.
  7. The email address nick.teeuwen@nicksoftcorporation.nl has been deleted from your account.
  8. SSL on this domain is working now https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=imdbot.com
  9. Mentioning that you're connecting to a remote mongodb database would have saved me like 45 mins. All outbound ports are closed unless you request access. The reason any pages with database connections are timing out is because you never requested permission to access a remote database so the firewall is blocking you. I'm honestly a little annoyed with you right now for wasting my time.
  10. The grants, and the remote access all look correct. Have you tried dumping the database, dropping the database, and loading the data back in?

  12. What is the database user, and the database you're trying to connect to?

  14. The extension bz2 has been installed on Ricky's php 7.2. https://krydos1.heliohost.org/72/phpinfo.php
  15. Someone was using 887% more memory than the second highest memory usage account. When someone uses that much memory it causes the whole server to run out of memory frequently, and when the server runs out of memory you are more likely to see 500 errors. Also keep in mind that if your software uses a lot of memory, like bloated wordpress, the same thing can happen. I'm a little surprised Joomla is showing so many 500 errors, because it's usually pretty light on the memory usage. Maybe he has a lot of plugins installed or something.
