  1. Thanks for the donation. Your storage space on the hhfn account has been increased by 2000 MB to 5000 MB total.
  2. Installed. You can see the current list of installed modules and their versions for Tommy's Python 3.12 at https://krydos2.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py
  3. Most of your space is being used by /home/hhfn.helioho.st/panel/Documentation/ which uses 1.2 GB. Not sure how critical that directory is though.
  4. Here you go https://buy.stripe.com/14AfZj3VA8ov6Nj6Oxco00e
  5. Which VPS are you trying to signup for?
  6. It's ok. Don't worry about it.
  7. Nope. If one domain is just redirecting all requests to the other domain, it will use basically zero memory.
  8. The best way to do that is to set nap.bunrieucua.com as an addon domain, not an alias, and then put 301 redirects on ygo.helioho.st so everyone who goes to the old URL will get a permanent redirect to the new domain. This is part of the reason I try to talk people out of setting domains up as aliases. This is also the reason I didn't want to waste my time adding it as an alias for you, and waited for Wolstech to do it instead. Now that it's already added as an alias it would be an even more waste of our time to remove it and re-add it as an addon. I'm just typing all of this for anyone know who searches and finds this. The only reason to add a domain as an alias is if you're planning on using both domains forever, and are not retiring either. For instance, I have krydos.com. If I wanted to add krydos.net to have exactly the same content and functionality as krydos.com, and I wasn't going to redirect anyone from one domain to the other, it would make sense to add it as an alias. Maybe the documentation on the wiki can be improved to help people realize that they probably don't want an alias.
  9. In PostgreSQL you can't have a database username that is the same as a database name. Can you double check that this is the correct database username?
  10. Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket.
  11. I could try creating a PostgreSQL database for you if you let me know a database name. MariaDB is also available, and is the recommended database type to use as long as there isn't a specific feature of PostgreSQL, such as PostGIS, that you need.
  12. It looks like there may be a bug in the latest version of Plesk which blocks users from creating PostgreSQL databases. I've tried a few things to get it working again, but they have all been unsuccessful. We may need to wait for Plesk to fix the bug and release an update.

  15. Remote access enabled. host=64.62.151.106 port=5432 user=mhqwang_master dbname=mhqwang_cb password=<set in Plesk>
  16. Like Wolstech said, Tommy doesn't have Redis, so I'm not entirely sure what the point of installing this module is. You can install Redis on a VPS though. https://heliohost.org/vps/ If you really are planning on connecting to an external Redis server from Tommy let us know, and I can take a look at whether installing the Python module is possible.
  17. The pending suspension for the account nathanielcaimoso has been canceled.
  18. Generally we require people to request forum account deletion by logging in to the forum account you want deleted and making a post like "delete this forum account, please". The reason for this is so people can't just request deletion of random other people's forum accounts. For instance, Krydos says, "Delete my extra MoneyBroz forum account that I no longer have access to." Why don't you have access to that forum account anymore? Have you tried resetting the password?
  19. The 965 MB .csv file has been deleted. If you're having trouble staying under the 1000 MB limit don't forget that you can upgrade your storage at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/
  20. I found this large .zip filein the littlebosses.co.ke directory -rw-r--r--. 1 hostmysiteplease psacln 259M Jul 5 23:49 this.zip removing that was enough to barely get you under the 3000 MB limit. Can you login now?
  21. Your Helionet username has been changed to match your Plesk hosting account.
  22. That account was created on cPanel. We haven't used cPanel for years. There is no way to even restore it because it requires a cPanel server to restore it. Why didn't you move your account to Plesk when we emailed you about it on 2023-02-05?
