I could try creating a PostgreSQL database for you if you let me know a database name. MariaDB is also available, and is the recommended database type to use as long as there isn't a specific feature of PostgreSQL, such as PostGIS, that you need.

It looks like there may be a bug in the latest version of Plesk which blocks users from creating PostgreSQL databases. I've tried a few things to get it working again, but they have all been unsuccessful. We may need to wait for Plesk to fix the bug and release an update.

Like Wolstech said, Tommy doesn't have Redis, so I'm not entirely sure what the point of installing this module is. Generally we require people to request forum account deletion by logging in to the forum account you want deleted and making a post like "delete this forum account, please". The reason for this is so people can't just request deletion of random other people's forum accounts. For instance, Krydos says, "Delete my extra MoneyBroz forum account that I no longer have access to." Why don't you have access to that forum account anymore? Have you tried resetting the password?

I found this large .zip filein the littlebosses.co.ke directory -rw-r--r--. 1 hostmysiteplease psacln 259M Jul 5 23:49 this.zip removing that was enough to barely get you under the 3000 MB limit. Can you login now?

That account was created on cPanel. We haven't used cPanel for years. There is no way to even restore it because it requires a cPanel server to restore it. Why didn't you move your account to Plesk when we emailed you about it on 2023-02-05?

You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

This database is a MariaDB database, not a PostgreSQL database. You can enable remote connections to MariaDB yourself through Plesk. If you truly want to use PostgreSQL you need to create a PostgreSQL database, not a MariaDB one and then let us know the database name and database username you want to have access.
