You can make a donation of $5 to get double storage. 2 GB is the maximum for per accounts. For additional space, you would need to buy a VPS (which requires a monthly fee) and use that to host your content instead. I would suggest the smallest 50GB VPS if you go this route, but would recommend an extra gig of ram for performance. You are on Tommy server and that server have a automatic SSL Certificate feature. When you create an account on Tommy and register your domain, it automatically starts to issue an SSL to any of your domains that you may have inside the cPanel and does it for you. You will never need to manually renewed the SSL since it will do its self when it’s getting close to the expiry date. It also generates the SSL folders and add forced SSL redirection code inside .htaccess. Johnny and Ricky don’t support auto SSL Certificate feature. The reason the domain change script isn't working is because you already have jpmveneracion.com as an addon or alias domain. Please delete it from your account, and then try the main domain change again.

We don’t have an option to run a python script on Heliohost with no domain cause when the users run it, it requires domain so that the users can check the status, or something like that. Well it supposed to finish yesterday (24 hours) but since it’s already been passed for a whole day your domain is currently stuck in the queued page and I don’t get it why is that. We will need to wait for Krydos to fix it for you.

Yes once you add it your domain inside the cPanel, it takes in within 24 hours for it to work and the queued page will disappear on its own. I went ahead to check your domain and it’s working now. Please clear your cache if you still see it.

That’s weird. Back when the server had crashed and I have to move over to Ricky for temporary until Tommy server gets fixed. Then after that, I moved back to Tommy and when I check SFTP it’s already being updated. We haven’t heard any complaints about it and you are the person reporting that to us. For now, I wouldn’t worried about that but if we are starting to get a lot of complaints, I’ll let Krydos know about it. For now, this your right settings.
