  1. It probably needs a password reset. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  2. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  3. Excessive numbers of domains is a leading cause of our servers being slow. Numerous recent requests like yours are now forcing us to consider limiting the number people have. It would be appreciated if instead you used folders inside of fewer domains, as folders on a domain have 0 impact on server performance unlike adding an actual domain/subdomain. We might be able to accommodate this, but it'll be up to Krydos, and do you really need all of these?
  4. Krydos has to do this...
  5. Please check your PMs.
  6. Lily doesn't have a control panel, so I have to create accounts manually and the only access you get is FTP. I'll send a PM shortly with login information...
  7. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  8. That should fix itself within a few hours of creating your account. If the account is brand new, that message is normal until the certificate issues and Apache restarts. That particular Account has already fixed itself.
  9. Escalating.
  10. Your account wasn't actually eligible for a transfer due to being on the old Johnny that got hacked (the accounts were all turned into phishing sites, so we deleted them instead of transferring them). You should have received an invite for a fresh account on Johnny though. Invite resent. It'll probably be in spam since you use Gmail.
  11. The ability to edit the mailing list might break because of the extra lists subdomain and associated DNS records. I'm not sure how the system will handle the change because of that lists subdomain. Your email should be fine, but of course your email address will change. Do you still want to do this? If so, I'll have Krydos do it since he can fix the DNS if it breaks.
  12. These can take 2 hours to work after you set them up. I'm getting the expected password prompt, so please try it again now.
  13. OK. Domain changed. It may take up to 2 hours to take effect. If you haven't already, you'll need to set your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or you can create an A record pointed to 64.62.151.106 (and an AAAA pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2002 if you want IPv6 support) on an external DNS provider. Note that the IP address above that you need to use is different from what you might see listed elsewhere in our documentation and on the forums (until a recent DDoS attack, the IP for Tommy users was 65.19.141.77).
  14. Sure. Krydos can resend this.
  15. This is related to your account changing IP addresses due to a recent DDoS attack. That account is working properly for me, so the account is fine on our end. There's a stale DNS record cached somewhere on your end that needs to expire or be flushed. You can try flushing the DNS cache on your PC (in a command prompt run: ipconfig /flushdns), but it might be your ISP or if you're on an enterprise network, the network's DNS servers.
  16. Before we change the domain, what do you plan to use this account for?
  17. The IP address of your account and the IP on the DNS zone for http://russianlutheran.org/ do not match. The account was moved to another IP as part of a recent DDoS attack, but the name servers need to be updated. Krydos can fix this.
  18. Your account is not suspended...that said, your website is: Refusing connections due to Ricky having something wrong with it Is on Ricky, which is no longer supported and is going away in the next few weeks. When that happens your account will be backed up and deleted if it's not moved before then. Is flagged as malicious by a few different antivirus products. You need to both move your account to another server and fix the malware issue. You should have received an invite to move the account to Johnny at this point, but apparently didn't use it. Do you want that resent?
  19. Your site is hosted on the normal Tommy shared IP address, which is null routed due to a DDoS attack. Plesk's login is currently on a different IP, which is why that is working.
  20. Changed. It may take up to two hours to start working. Note that since the domain supposed to be on the 65.19.141.77 IP which is null routed, it won't work until either Krydos moves it to another IP, or the ongoing DDoS subsides and related null route is lifted.
  21. You might have tried renewing it earlier while the server was down, but it has since recovered and the account is now active.
  22. You're actually on Johnny, and your account is not suspended.
  23. The server was down for the past day due to a DDoS attack but has since recovered. Is this still happening?
