Added. I also added the gmpintus.heliohost.org back as an alias for you (if you want this to be your main domain again, let me know). It may take up to 2 hours to start working.

This account needs to be recreated. The document roots are all missing (a bit of a pain to fix, when removing infected websites its best to remove the contents of the docroot but not the folder itself) and it's redirecting for me when I see no reason it should be (though obviously CF could be messed up). It's also an old cPanel migration account, so it had likely had a bunch of quirks from that as well. An invite for a replacement account has been sent to you. Let us know when it's recreated and we can restore your legacy .heliohost.org subdomain and add professorparticular.info back to it.

Added. They'll take up to 2 hours to start working. Please make sure your name servers are pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or that external DNS is pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk.

That account is already active.

Are you a donor or did you have a previous account? If you're a donor, please provide the ID of the donation and it can be resent. If you have a previous account, please provide the username of the old account and the account can be replaced. If you didn't have either, you need to either donate, or try to get a free account at midnight UTC on Johnny. Note that registration fills very quickly each day, sometimes in less than 10 seconds...

We don't really "add a second VPS" so much as you simply sign up a second time. Each VPS is its own thing, and each needs a separate username and its own subscription. The email address can be the same for multiple VPSes and you can also have a shared hosting account under it too. Krydos can confirm, but odds are to get this you simply need to go to https://heliohost.org/vps and sign up a second time

Added. Make sure you set your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or if you want to use external DNS please create A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk. The domain may take up to 2 hours to start working.

The files are in the account as expected. If you log into Plesk, you should be able to click your domain and then select Files to browse them... Note that the domain receipestation.com is disabled because it is not hosted with us. Please correct your DNS settings (either change name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or set up external DNS using the IPs shown in Plesk) and then enable the domain in Plesk in order to host it with us. Changes take 2 hours to take effect once you make them.

[Solved] How can i transfer from Johnny to Tommy?
wolstech replied to craziks's topic in Customer Service
Tommy is donor only. You'd need to ask us to delete your account, then donate and get an invite to create a Tommy account. Also, Johnny is actually the faster server at the moment (I know, it's a bit silly) because Tommy is overcrowded, so you're probably better off staying where you are actually. -
This happened because of an issue with nginx the other day. The easy fix is to just reissue the certificate manually and wait 2 hours for it to take effect.

They can be hidden as well, not just deleted, but yes we have to do it on our side. I just hid the two other topics this user created.

[Solved] Unable to login! Need help to reset password.
wolstech replied to ansab's topic in Customer Service
Please check your email for a link to reset your password. -
Yep. These domains are working properly for me as well. Please clear your cache. If you still have an issue, please try another browser or a different internet connection (e.g. try on mobile with wifi turned off).

Increased. I also increased the post_max_size for your account as well since that has to be the same or larger if you want form-based uploads like through the WP control panel to work. It takes up to 2 hours to take effect.

Gmail will sometimes refuse email mentioning a helioho.st or heliohost.us domain. This is because we also have users who try to host illegal stuff like phishing. We remove the abuse as soon as we find it, but we have no control over gmail’s decision to block our domains anyway. If this is an issue, I’d suggest using your account with an external domain like one from eu.org instead. Their domains tend to be more reputable as they’re manually reviewed when assigned, which helps stop people from registering abusive domains.

The upload size is something we can change within reason, but we generally do not increase the execution time much as it contributes to excessive load. We’ve increased it temporarily for a few people so long-running installations can work, but we can’t leave it that way as it slows everything else on the server down. If you need the upload size adjusted, specify the size file you need to upload and the version of php being used and I’ll escalate this for you.
