[Solved] How can i transfer from Johnny to Tommy?
wolstech replied to craziks's topic in Customer Service
Tommy is donor only. You'd need to ask us to delete your account, then donate and get an invite to create a Tommy account. Also, Johnny is actually the faster server at the moment (I know, it's a bit silly) because Tommy is overcrowded, so you're probably better off staying where you are actually. -
This happened because of an issue with nginx the other day. The easy fix is to just reissue the certificate manually and wait 2 hours for it to take effect.
-
Added. They'll take up to 2 hours to work.

They can be hidden as well, not just deleted, but yes we have to do it on our side. I just hid the two other topics this user created.

[Solved] Unable to login! Need help to reset password.
wolstech replied to ansab's topic in Customer Service
Please check your email for a link to reset your password. -
Yep. These domains are working properly for me as well. Please clear your cache. If you still have an issue, please try another browser or a different internet connection (e.g. try on mobile with wifi turned off).
-
Increased. I also increased the post_max_size for your account as well since that has to be the same or larger if you want form-based uploads like through the WP control panel to work. It takes up to 2 hours to take effect.
-
Gmail will sometimes refuse email mentioning a helioho.st or heliohost.us domain. This is because we also have users who try to host illegal stuff like phishing. We remove the abuse as soon as we find it, but we have no control over gmail’s decision to block our domains anyway. If this is an issue, I’d suggest using your account with an external domain like one from eu.org instead. Their domains tend to be more reputable as they’re manually reviewed when assigned, which helps stop people from registering abusive domains.
-
The upload size is something we can change within reason, but we generally do not increase the execution time much as it contributes to excessive load. We’ve increased it temporarily for a few people so long-running installations can work, but we can’t leave it that way as it slows everything else on the server down. If you need the upload size adjusted, specify the size file you need to upload and the version of php being used and I’ll escalate this for you.

Did you create an A record called webmail? If your t goal is to make webmail.papale.my.id work, you need to create that record. The value is the same IP address as the main A record. Once you create it, you might also want to re-issue your SSL certificate in order to have the webmail subdomain included.
-
Just re-install/reissue them, then wait up to two hours for Apache to restart. An issue we had with nginx yesterday broke some of the SSL certificates.
-
Changed. It may take up to 2 hours to take effect.
-
Those are the default settings yes, however it is subject to change depending on the DDoS mitigation. The current, correct settings for your sites can be found in Plesk. Click the domain, and the IP info is shown at the bottom of the box where the options for that domain are.
-
Krydos can do this for you since I'm on mobile at the moment...
-
Uncheck the box labeled wild card certificate, and then try issuing it again. It will issue without the DNS record. we don't support wild card certificates at the moment.
-
Try port 587 instead. We block most outbound ports here by default and I'm not sure 465 is allowed as nothing of ours uses it.
-
Default web page is often caused by DNS and the account having mismatched IP addresses. Verify that the A record in cloudflare matches the one shown in Plesk, and if not, update CF to match. After that it may take a few hours for the DNS change to propagate and take effect.
-
Several people are seeing this it seems. I'm guessing it's related to nginx breaking yesterday...escalating so Krydos can check. Edit: try reinstalling or reissuing it even though it's not expired, then waiting 2 hours. It looks like that may have solved it for a few others.

[Solved] SMTP is not sending the verification mail to Gmail users
wolstech replied to craziks's topic in Escalated Requests
You need to be sending mail using our server if the "from" address is an email ending in freemock.helioho.st. Gmail smtp with a free gmail account only works properly if your "from" matches the exact address on the gmail account (using gmail with a custom domain requires a paid Google workspace account with the sending domain verified on it). As above, if you do have Google workspace, you need to provide DNS records that you're supposed to set and we can set them for you. -
[Solved] Requesting HelioHost password reset
wolstech replied to xynmed's topic in Escalated Requests
The forum and hosting passwords are separate. I'll have Krydos reset this since I'm on mobile at the moment... Also, since this was just created yesterday, did your password contain non-ascii characters (accented characters, etc.), or a space by chance? -
After you renew/issue the certificate, it can take up to two hours before it starts working. As long as Plesk says you have a valid certificate for the domain, it should take effect the next Apache restart.
-
The account moved back to .77 as the DDoS mitigations are being reversed. There is no need to put a request in every time this happens. When the account changes IP address, it may experience a few hours of downtime. Most of these changes including this one are announced, but you need to be on discord and signed up for the Tommy announcements role to receive the notifications.

Krydos can set this up for you.

Krydos can set up dkim and spf for freemock.helioho.st... -
The server your account was on has been retired. An invite for a replacement account on johnny has been sent to you, and a backup of the accounts contents can be had at https://heliohost.org/backup/
