  1. What was the account's username? Based on the title of this post, I suspect you're trying to use the move invite now, which the time to perform that has long since past...
  2. We don't support the deployment of prebuilt appliances to my knowledge. Krydos is the one who would need to look at VPS not responding for you. Which VPS are you anyway? Your forum email does not match any VPS on file, and you posted in what appears to be someone else's email support originally (email address did not match so your topic was split).
  3. There’s an option for it in Plesk. It should be enabled automatically when you create an account or ask for a domain to be added. It does fail to issue a certificate though if the DNS doesn’t resolve. Domain actually has to work and point to our servers in order for it to get a certificate. Also, when using the options to manually get certificates, make sure that you disable the option for wild card certificates, we don’t support them due to a lack of DNS integration.
  4. See https://helionet.org/index/topic/55323-krydos-domains-been-disabled/
  5. The hfmello.com one is being disabled because it is not hosted with us (resolves to 185.244.36.209 which is not our IP). Domains that do not resolve to our servers are disabled regularly to improve server performance. This behavior is by design. Is there a reason you need the domain on your account when it isn't actually using our server (also, you don't need the parent domain on your account if you only need a subdomain of it hosted here)? Or is it somehow being used and our script missing it (if so, how is it being used)? As for the mateus subdomain (which does point to our server), this one is probably a bug or the script being overzealous (I'd bet it's seeing the root domain not hosted here and disabling all of its subdomains even though the sub is hosted here). Escalating to Krydos.
  6. Display_errors has been turned off for the specified domains. It can take up to 2 hours for it take effect.
  7. Try deleting the mysql user you're using for that database and recreating it (making sure to enable remote access again when you recreate it). If that doesn't help, I'll pass this to Krydos. Nobody else is reporting issues though, so there's a possibility your network connection or PC is the issue.
  8. What domain do you want it turned off for?
  9. That account was deleted because you never moved it to Plesk and the cpanel server was retired. It looks like you already downloaded the backup, so an invite for a new account has been sent to you.
  10. The IP address of the server changed when you moved to Plesk, so yes you do need to update your DNS records. Your account is now at 65.19.141.67. Please update your A records in Cloudflare to point to that IP address. Also, if you use email, you will need to update your SPF and DKIM records as well (SPF will need the new IP inserted it in replacing the old IP, and DKIM you have to generate the record in Plesk and use the value it gives you).
  11. Looking at the details, it was reported by stamphaus [at] outlook dot com...so yeah, looks like you reported yourself. I guess we know the spam button works...oops. This doesn't explain why your account was sending the email to start with though. This originated from your Tommy account's IP, specifically from a mailbox called info (if it exists). If that mailbox does not exist, it was probably sent using a script (though I don't see any headers to suggest such, usually PHP emails have a header that denotes the script sending it). Do you use wordpress or similar by chance? It's very common for WP to get hacked, and once compromised the hacker uses the account to send spam, host phishing, or perform similar illegal activities. I've unsuspended you, please change all passwords quickly and inspect your site for signs of compromise.
  12. We received an abuse report for your account. Based on the email content (at the bottom), I would agree its spam. Can you explain, and are you able to make sure that your account never sends such email again? We have received a complaint about your account. Please investigate and fix within 24 hours. 13. This is intentionally prohibited. If we allowed it, users could do things like extend the script timeout or memory limits to ridiculous values, which will result in the server becoming extremely slow and/or crashing (if there was a way to allow just the error reporting setting to be changed by users, that'd be different, but Plesk's option for this is all or nothing, so we have to pick nothing). We already have enough issues keeping the servers fast, letting a user set their account so it can hog all of the RAM and CPU would just be a disaster waiting to happen. You have to remember that you're one of many accounts on the server, and our servers aren't anywhere near as powerful as the massive paid providers. We also host many times more websites per server than large providers who have more hardware do. We can't speak to Plesk quite yet since its still new, but to give an idea, back when we ran cPanel, cPanel said the servers were good for about 300 accounts each...we managed to put over 1000 on Johnny alone, and cP support flatly told us we were the most extreme use case of their product they had ever seen. We expect Plesk to be similar. As a result, you want the ability to change php.ini, you'll need to buy a VPS from us instead: https://heliohost.org/vps/ With that you have full root access and can configure it however you want. Otherwise, you're limited to what can be done with an .htaccess file and editing the code.
  14. You can do that yourself in Plesk. There should be an option for PHP version, you can click it and select any version between 5.3 and 8.1.
  15. That's been renamed. I didn't know what you wanted it called so couldn't rename it until you replied
  16. Account musicgrain has been deleted and an invite has been sent to the email address on your forum account. If you would like me to rename the forum account as well, let me know what you want the name to be and I'll rename it.
  17. You just add it to a common include that's used by everything. For example, in Wordpress you could put this in the wp-config file and it'd apply to every PHP file in the program. It takes literally seconds for anyone with basic PHP skills to turn this off on their own. Plesk does not have a way to allow only this option to be changed by users. We'd have to allow editing of a whole bunch of options that would also allow things like changing the timeout and memory limits, which we don't want to allow to prevent overuse of resources and crashing the server. That said, we can turn it off per domain on the admin side if you really don't want to edit your code. Do you want me to turn it off for the atesin account?
  18. If you mean your forum account, let us know the new username and we can rename you. If you mean your Hosting account, those usernames cannot be changed. If you wish to change the username on a hosting account you need to request your account be deleted then sign up again. We can reinvite you so you don't have to wait.
  19. The display errors is intentionally turned on because a large number of our users use our platform for code development, and the errors are a lot more meaningful than a blank page or 500 error. We won't be turning this off either as doing so results in a a substantially higher number of support requests based on past experiences. If you don't want the errors to show, you can hide them by adding error_reporting(0); to the top of your code. As for error_log, the old cpanel servers used to generate an error_log in the same folder as the PHP script that contained its errors, but Plesk just dumps it all in ~/logs/error_log. This might be something to consider down the road if enough people ask for the old behavior back.
  20. We only own .146 to .158 in that range, and all IPs except for the .152 you had previously are already allocated to other customers. Do you want your old IP back?
  21. All of us are volunteers helping run this place around our real lives. Heliohost is a nonprofit charity that does not have any paid staff, and as such we do not offer any guarantees regarding the speed of support. As I said earlier, VPS issues typically take up to 48 hours to receive resolution due to the specialized nature of that service and limited number of people who know how to support it (2). If emergency support or guaranteed turnaround times/an SLA are a requirement of your use case, you may wish to consider a different provider. We’re primarily a shared hosting provider and offer VPSes because we have extra server space and need to keep the lights on somehow…we give our main product (shared Plesk hosting) away for free to the community and donations/ad revenue alone don’t cover our operating costs.
  22. He asked to delete and recreate his account on March 4. Assuming the DNS zone went with it, it likely needs to be set up again as that was done on February 26.
