Hello since i had numerous problems with the web site, and apparently it is using more resources than you can provide (for reasons i don't understand), i am asking you to disconnect the domain elmagohd.com from my account mahidi.helioho.st...i tried my best to solve the issue, improving and optimizing the wordpress but the issue persist. However, i will continue using the hosting for testing purposes and improving my knowledge... I am very grateful for your diligent support...i changed the DNS in my domain provider porkbun but when i try to enter, apparently it stills shows the files on Heliohost...¿could this be because of my browser cache? Thanks again

I am going to disable unnecesary plugins and optimize image size...maybe this solve the problem...also going to install malware scanner (just in case) ¿could this be caused by domain redirection? since i had a problem with the domain addres in wordpress... Please unsuspend me

I made it in wordpress with elementor...i dont know whats seems to be the problem...should it be the cache plugin "10web"?

Hello recently i had to delete my wordpress instalation and reinstall it...then i copied the files to the "site 1" folder. The problem is that when i type the address www.elmagohd.com it goes to the site but it shows mahidi.helioho.st on the address bar...i dont know if this is a SSL problem or how to fix it. Thank you

Thank you, thats explains a lot...😁 as you suggested, i tried to copy from httdocs folder to site 1 with the file manager...i can see the files in both folders but when i go to the domain name i get your "it works" index page... Same result when i tried with the "site copy" function in the panel Thank you for your collaboration...

Hello recently i get help from you for adding my domain www.elmagohd.com to my hosting plan (user mahidi) on Tommy server I did the changes you order in my dns (porkbun) but every time i try to enter the site i get a 403 error: "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server." i also change de A records to my ip (65.19.141.77) What could be wrong?i can access mahidi.helioho.st normally... sorry for my english and thanks in advance.

Also, for email purposes what is your mx records? my goal is to use my email accounts with gmail in order to keep my hosting use in minimum, and use the familiar Gmail interfase... Recently (Oct. 1) i donated $1 (via paypal using my email name mahidi1@yahoo.com) for upgrading my hosting plan to Tommy Server...i did not receive an email of confirmation. ¿where can i see my current plan status? I cant use my email for this ticket because there is a message that says "That email address is in us bya another member"...
