Node modules are usually just sitting in your home folder so are installed by the user. Krydos might be able to get more info on why this is failing though.

Your account has been rolled back to July 25, 2024 to remove the phishing content. It should be ready in a little while, and will probably take 2 hours for the domain to work once it restores. You may receive an email regarding your account being unarchived. To elaborate on this one, it's banned for phishing because a fake DHL site was discovered on your account in ~httpdocs/gtd/ HelioHost has a zero tolerance policy for phishing, and permanently bans any account engaged in phishing activity. If you didn't put it there, your account was compromised and the hacker put a phishing site up. Either way, it cannot be unsuspended. If you want another account, we can reset your account without a backup (which deletes your data), and you're welcome to start over.

It failed because you tried to buy a new account when you already have an account on another server. That behavior is by design to prevent you from violating the multiple account policy. Did you mean to move the existing Tommy account to Morty?

We just went over this a few days ago. You created another account after being expressly told that users can only have one account, and asking to keep asterwind. The rule is one account per human being. You cannot create any additional accounts. Why did you create another account, and, considering you have not learned your lesson, why should you be given yet another chance after being suspended for this numerous times?

Not sure if this is possible for a plain js file. Krydos would know more. I know for PHP, people have done it with header(), so I guess worst case you could make a PHP file that sends your headers (content-type is the minimum, and in your case obviously the CORS headers), then just call readfile() to spit out the js.

From what you explained, you admitted to advertising/spamming, but it also sounds like your client lagged and the spam posted more than once. It can take anywhere from a few hours to several days to receive a response from him. We're all volunteers and aren't available all the time. Also, please do not PM administrators without permission in the future.

It looks like something has changed between my last post and now, as the certificate just issued successfully and the DNS issues don't appear to exist anymore in the above link. Webmail didn't get a certificate, but that looks like it may be temporary and related to server performance (roundcube isn't working either at the moment). The server should just retry that on its own.

This is intentional. Plesk can't talk to our DNS system so we removed all the domain and DNS features (we plan to build an integration for this but have yet to get to it). For now we have to add domains on our end, you can't do it yourself. What domain do you want added?
