That's not automatic. We have to delete your account and invite you to Tommy to move you. Do you have the donation's transaction information? Also, be aware we haven't offered Java since 2021 when cPanel died. It's on the to do list to be reimplemented but there is no ETA for that feature at the moment. Krydos has to turn the mail service back on...I'm assuming that's what's causing the SSL issue, as its difficult to secure something that's supposedly disabled.

Not sure if it'd break the SSL or not, but your account's mail service is suspended for sending too many emails. You sent 143 emails when there's a limit of 50. Do you know what happened there? The DNS for the webmail domain looks fine, so I'm assuming the suspended mail service is the cause of not being able to get a webmail certificate. I did try to assign the existing one to the domain, but not sure if that's going to work with the mail service suspended. Also escalating to Krydos because I can't figure out how to unsuspend your mail service...the admin tools just say not implemented, and it was already enabled in Plesk when I checked there???

Not supported. You would need to set up your own copy of PHPmyadmin to do this.

Could be an IP block, but I need the public IP of the connection that doesn't work in order to check the blacklist. Some ISPs have also been having issues with their users reaching us lately for some reason...

This is not supported. You'll need to uncheck the wildcard box and generate the certificate without it. This is the one major limitation of wildcard domains here: we don't support automatic SSL on them due to the lack of DNS integration. If you want to put SSL on one of these, you need to use external DNS and generate/upload a certificate externally.

From our end, that domain has no name servers and doesn’t resolve to anything, it’s an issue with freenom. They are infamous for canceling websites that get too much traffic and then trying to extort money from you, this is usually the symptom of that happening. This is a major reason we highly recommend users stay away from them these days. i’ll take a look at the IP issue when I get a moment. Can you post the public IP address of the connection that doesn’t work?

My fault. You're one of the few Tommy users who doesn't use the normal IP. Your account is on 64.62.151.106 instead of 65.19.141.77. I just updated the DNS records on our name server to use the right IPs. Give it a few hours to propagate and it should work.

Ricky hasn't accepted new users since 2021 and is being decomissioned in the next few weeks. The only servers available are Johnny and Tommy, and Tommy requires a donation.

Merged since they're the same user. You're suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed one account. Which one of these do you want to keep?

PHP is supported on Lily, you should be able to just upload an index.php and have it work. I think the server defaults to one of the PHP 7.x versions) but I can put whatever version you want on your account if a different one is needed.

Added. It'll take an hour or two to start working. Please make sure the DNS is pointed to 65.19.141.77 / 2001:470:1:1ee::2002 or is using our nameservers.

These fail a lot, though this one is weird in that I don’t even see a failure in the logs. Krydos can manually unarchive it.
