  1. Yes you can host 2 domains on one account. Once you've created the account, just let us know what the domains are and we can add the additional domains for you. You can watch your resource usage here once your account is created: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ If you're worried about load and want to pay for the extra usage instead of being suspended for overuse, you can switch to the Morty plan. You can do that at any time yourself at this link: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ We currently only offer Morty as a prepaid account (deposit money up front, and the balance is spent over time), but a subscription version is coming soon that charges you each month for usage. Both of these links are also available from the HelioHost Dashboard (by signing in at https://heliohost.org/), or from Plesk (select "Custom Services" next to your main domain).
  2. Domains added. They can take up to 2 hours to work.
  3. Glad to see its working for you now. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  4. That's a pretty common issue and is caused by database user passwords needing to be changed. Try the steps in this wiki article and see if it resolves your issue: https://wiki.helionet.org/PhpMyAdmin_MariaDB_Access_Denied_Error
  5. The account mentioned in the email greeting (gsharat) cannot be restored because it was deleted in February 2024. It was suspended in December 2023 for violating the multiple account policy, and you didn't request unsuspension within 60 days. The other account in the pair (sharat) was also deleted for the same reason. An invite to create a new account has been sent to you.
  6. Actually, yes they are supposed to be public (and will be once set anyway). That's the whole point of DNS. Just post them here and we can set them for you. Anybody can get MX and TXT DNS records for a domain with on a PC with built-in tools. For example: C:\Users\owner>nslookup Default Server: dns.google Address: 8.8.8.8 > set type=mx > heliohost.org Server: dns.google Address: 8.8.8.8 Non-authoritative answer: heliohost.org MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = alt2.aspmx.l.google.com heliohost.org MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = alt4.aspmx.l.google.com heliohost.org MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = alt1.aspmx.l.google.com heliohost.org MX preference = 1, mail exchanger = aspmx.l.google.com heliohost.org MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = alt3.aspmx.l.google.com > set type=txt > heliohost.org Server: dns.google Address: 8.8.8.8 Non-authoritative answer: heliohost.org text = "v=spf1 ip4:65.19.141.66 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::3 ip4:65.19.154.94 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::3004 ip4:65.19.154.90 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::1002 ip4:64.62.151.106 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::2009 include:_spf.google.com ~all" heliohost.org text = "google-site-verification=mo1pGBIXOuRiTsVqVPGUm6WLnCQhls29rcjFMmshLp0" heliohost.org text = "stripe-verification=4aa7dac6028e4ad35b65b7a9831dceaebe133f364a75a3302586af4e5eb96b65" >
  7. Glad to hear its working now. lease let us know if you need anything else.
  8. Do you want the forum account merged into your other one (npnbss)?
  9. We'll need to add the domains back after you finish resetting your account. Please look for an email shortly with a link to create a new account. Your forum account username has been changed.
  10. Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to work.
  11. Domain added. You now have 8 domains on your account. Please keep in mind that the limit is 10 domains per account, so you only have 2 slots left.
  12. Krydos can set up the Postgres access. As for Maria DB, you need to use tommy.heliohost.org for the host name, not tommy2.heliohost.org. Tommy2 has been retired.
  13. Krydos can do this for you.
  14. Yes the DNS settings are the same. Domains have been added and should work within the next 2 hours. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  15. That feature was added a few months back after the Johnny crash and it's original purpose was to let people who lost their account in that crash to recreate the account themselves without waiting for open signups or contacting support. It has since been expanded to all accounts that no longer exist, except those that were suspended at the time of deletion. If you would like your email address removed completely, you can ask us to do so however you won't be able to recreate your account later without going through the normal sign up process.
  16. Unfortunately there isn't much more we can do on our end for this since it's Microsoft's decision not to accept mail from Tommy's IP. More often than not, this fixes itself over time as the IP's reputation improves. I tried sending an email from my own Tommy account to your Outlook account and it also bounced, so it is definitely the IP and not the sending email address. We could offer you a dedicated IP for $20/year if you'd like in the meantime, which would separate your mail and websites from the rest of the users on Tommy. If you want to do this, let us know and we can set this up for you. Or, you could move to Morty, which has a different (but still shared) IP. Morty has a recurring monthly fee, but it doesn't require you log in to keep it active, doesn't have a load restriction (you pay more if the load goes up, though since your account uses basically no load you'd just pay the base $1/month), and is quite a bit faster than Tommy too. If you want to do that, you can do it yourself: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ (I've sent you a test email to confirm this option would work so you don't waste money if it's also blocked...)
  17. There were two SPF records on the name server for that domain... stampaner.nl. 14400 IN TXT "v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:65.19.141.77 ~all" stampaner.nl. 14400 IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:65.19.154.90 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::1002 ~all" The .77 IP isn't valid anymore so I just removed that one. Try running that test again now.
  18. Sure. We can delete your Tommy account if you would like. I see on my end that you switched to a VPS back in September. Since you're emailing from the address associated with the account, please just reply confirming that you're OK with all of the data on the Tommy account being permanently deleted, and we'll remove it for you.
  19. Sorry, your response was missed earlier. Unsuspended. Also, we can allow for more than one account (though you were supposed to ask before creating the second account). You'll just need to prove that there is actually a second person or other justification for the account. Krydos has more info than I do about what the system is seeing, so I'll escalate this and let him ask the questions.
  20. High yield investment programs (Ponzi schemes) are illegal in the United States where we are based (fraudulent investment offering). They are not legal to operate or offer and cannot be hosted here.
  21. Because we have ongoing operational costs to pay, such as the datacenter rent. We own the servers, but not the rack or building they're in. We rent the rack space from Hurricane Electric. There's also other recurring costs of doing business, like license fees for Softaculous and the forum, government fees, IP address rentals, etc. In addition, we don't want to worry about "what if the money never shows up" down the line. What you're asking us to do is equivalent to ordering physical goods online and telling the seller "Oh, it takes a long time for my money to get there, send me the item now but you won't get paid for 4-6 months, if at all, and if you do it might be less than expected". I doubt most sellers would agree to those terms, and I know that HelioHost sure won't. TL;DR: Good business practice and we got to keep the lights on somehow...
  22. Unfortunately if Paypal and Crypto are not available, we currently cannot offer paid services in your country (we have this issue with a few other countries too, notably India, which does work but requires jumping through a bunch of hoops to pay due to their weird banking regulations). There has been some discussion around us using Stripe as another payment processor so we can take credit cards without using Paypal, but that's still in its early stages and there's no estimate as to when (if ever) that will be available. The contents of ~/award-sci.helioho.st/mag have been deleted, database devashraf_wp603 has been dropped, and you've been unsuspended.
  23. So we just tested this something, and it turns out our server does support using the SetEnv statement in .htaccess to set such variables, but it sort of defeats the purpose as you just have an .htaccess file with the values in it instead... You're likely going to be best off just including the values directly in a configuration file...
  24. No. Just about every program in existence stores them in a config file, you'll need to do the same.
  25. The accounts have been merged. It can take up to 2 hours for the domain buktopbi4.heliohost.us to work properly again.
