  1. Merged since one is duplicate and they're both the same user anyway. Please answer the question about which account you want to keep. You're only allowed to have exactly one account. Again, which ONE account do you want to keep? If you continue to post new topics about this issue and not answer the question, you will not be unsuspended, and depending on your behavior may be subject to a permanent ban for harassing staff/misuse of the forum instead.
  2. Changed and added. Please be sure to configure DNS so the domains work, otherwise they'll be disabled automatically. The changes can take up to 2 hours to take effect.
  3. You're suspended for having more than one account. Which account do you want to keep?
  4. Krydos has to set this up for you.
  5. Krydos can cancel this for you. Escalating.
  6. This usually happens because your IP address keeps changing. The most common reason is using a cell phone to access Plesk. Try using a different internet connection or a VPN and see if it behaves properly
  7. Added. Python is supported on all domains automatically, there is no requirement to enable it. Note that you now have 9 domains on your account, and the limit is 10. The domain can take up to 2 hours to work.
  8. I've seen the CF proxy do this because of the lack of an SSL certificate on on your domain on our server. CF can break Plesk's ability to issue SSL certificates automatically. CF by default wants there to be a valid SSL certificate on the server, which you won't have if the domain starts out with the CF proxy enabled. It then can't get one, and as such it never works. I've seen people say that turning off the Strict SSL security option on CF can fix this (Flexible SSL is a disaster from a security standpoint, but it does allow CF to pass traffic when the origin has an invalid or no certificate), or you can turn off the proxy, manually issue the cert in Plesk, turn it back on, and wait 2 hours for the cert to finish installing. Once a good certificate is installed and live on our end, it works.
  9. You can’t just upload the backup. You actually have to unpack it on your computer, and manually restore the various pieces. If it’s truly from cpanel, you can unpack it with a program like 7zip, and there should be a folder called homedir in there that has all your files. There will also be a folder called mysql that contains exports of your databases. If it’s a Plesk backup, there are instructions on our wiki on how to unpack that. Those require a special version of 7zip because of the format they use.
  10. Added. It'll take up to 2 hours to work.
  11. It's partially suspended because you ran out of disk space. Do you want me to delete something to bring you under quota so you can be unsuspended? If not, you can also purchase additional space at $5/1000MB, with a maximum of 6000MB per person.
  12. No. It appears you already have an account that's active (devhamza23). Creating another account will get both suspended. Users are only allowed to have ONE account, so you need to use the devhamza23 account for everything. If you need a second domain on your active account, just ask. There is no need to have 2 accounts to have more than one site.
  13. It was suspended because you had more than one account (ignoring the Lily account, we saw 2 plesk accounts plus Lily). Since you posted from the aostech forum account, the account aostech and its Lily account aostech2 have been unsuspended.
  14. Domains added. They can take up to 2 hours to start working. Display name has been changed as well.
  15. If you're asking for this because your domain wasn't working, it's working now. Do you still want this reset?
  16. Please post the domains in question. For your forum account? Yes, let us know what you want it to be and we can change it. No. We don't offer private support.
  17. My suggestion to start improving performance would be to remove some of these plugins, especially the page insights one. Because WP causes so much load with each page view, you actually will be best off minimizing the number of bots crawling your site and the number of things that have to run on each page load. aioseo-image-seo aioseo-index-now aioseo-link-assistant aioseo-redirects all-in-one-seo-pack-pro monsterinsights-page-insights
  18. Unsuspended, again. Please fix or remove WP quickly. If you get another load suspension for this, you will be required to delete Wordpress entirely and use something else.
  19. It looks like it's already unsuspended. Please remove WP quickly. It's the number one cause of load suspensions, especially when extensions are installed. Your site is already causing load spikes again as seen on the far right of your load chart.
  20. Maybe it wasn't 6 hours ago, but it definitely is now. High server load. 11487.30 CPU. This is your second time for this. What have you done to attempt to fix the issue?
  21. Domain added. Please make sure you configure DNS so the domain will work.
  22. Yeah, that site is causing some nice spikes, which as above is completely unsurprising for Wordpress. Please fix it or remove Wordpress. Unsuspended. It can take a few minutes to work.
