  1. I have no idea how to fix this unfortunately. Maybe Krydos does. Escalating. This happens if you manually delete the contents of the ~/git folder, and recreating the folder manually also doesn't fix it as you end up with "not a git repository" instead. Plesk just immediately errors out when you click git for the domain...
  2. VPS and related issues are something that Krydos supports. Escalating...
  3. Added. It may take up to 2 hours to work. Please make sure DNS is set up for the domain. You can use NS records pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or an A and AAAA record pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk.
  4. It was suspended for inactivity. I've renewed it for you, but in the future you can renew it yourself at https://heliohost.org/renew/
  5. Causing high server load. 107.33 GB memory in 24 hours. Indeed high load. Please fix it quickly. Unsuspended.
  6. An OS can only have one control panel installed at a time as they'd conflict with each other. In order to switch control panels, you would need to reinstall the OS and start over with the new control panel.
  7. That account is suspended for violating the terms of service. Users are only allowed one account, but you have 3. Which one do you want to keep? If you decide to keep xinc we can send a password reset for it once it is unsuspended.
  8. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  9. Added. They can take up to 2 hours to work.
  10. Just delete everything inside of the httpdocs folder (do not delete the httpdocs folder itself though). If you used the Wordpress toolkit, there may be an option to remove it from there as well.
  11. I've unsuspended you and added deny from all to the bottom of your .htaccess file to prevent the site from running and causing load. Please fix or remove the WP installation then remove the deny from all line from .htaccess (assuming you haven't just removed the entire installation). If you get suspended for WP load again, you might not be unsuspended again, or we may delete the WP installation prior to it being unsuspended.
  12. No it won't, as a matter of fact you're actually more likely to get suspended for load over there because the server is overloaded as it is and your load actually has a larger impact on your server. At this point, if you're unable to fix your WP installation, the solution is likely going to be deleting Wordpress. Eventually you'll be able to pay us for the load instead of getting suspended for it (Morty plan), but we don't offer that yet since that server has not been built...
  13. Your website is way too heavy, which isn't uncommon for Wordpress. Please either reduce its memory and CPU usage, or get rid of WP and replace it with something else. High Wordpress load. 105.25 GB memory and 20194 CPU in 24 hours. How do you plan to fix this so it doesn't happen again?
  14. We can't move/upgrade an account while retaining its contents currently (it's planned functionality but no ETA on when it'll be implemented). For the moment, we just delete your Johnny account and reinvite you on Tommy if you donate.
  15. This is caused by either your device or your ISP, usually it's the IP changing too frequently that causes it. Try logging in from another internet connection or through a VPN and see if it stops.
  16. You can log into your account, go to Plesk, then in the top right click your username and "Edit Profile". There's a place to change the password. Note that the "another user is logged in" is normal if you have two sessions open (two browsers, browser and an incognito window, PC and cell phone, etc.)
  17. It looks like something wrong with Wordpress, as all other files are accessible on that domain. Permissions on index.php look correct, and I renamed out the .htaccess to eliminate that. I created https://gigsreview.com/info.php and it works fine, and /wp-admin/ also gives the expected login page. Did you perhaps put some sort of security plugin on WP that might have caused the site to block you?
  18. Please check your email for a link to reset your password.
  19. It's because you let the account get archived. When an account is archived, the password sometimes gets corrupted, and any additional domains have their DNS zones deleted. Unarchiving does not reverse this. I've recreated the missing DNS zone for you and sent you an email to reset your password. The domain now resolves, but it looks like the content might be broken as it just returns a blank page.
  20. No changes or official announcement yet, but there was recently a discussion on the possibility of offering registrations at noon UTC in addition to midnight to resolve this issue for European users.
  21. Changed. It'll take up to 2 hours to take effect.
  22. That means your website is running out of memory. Your solution will be to remove some of the extensions from Wordpress, or better yet, not use Wordpress at all. If you use Wordfence or WooCommerce, they should be the first ones to go as they're frequent causes.
  23. There is a maximum of 10 domains per user. Added. They may take up to 2 hours to work.
  24. This is usually due to either your IP changing too frequently, or your device's security settings. Please try accessing Plesk with another device, through another internet connection, and/or through a VPN.
