You pretty much got it. Set nameservers to ours, then add it as a parked domain in cpanel. Once you do, give it 24 hours (for Stevie, multiple days if Johnny) to start working.

It can take a day or more for him to respond. Just wait.

We're adding another server. It will offer Johnny's feature set, but with Stevie's performance. To achieve this though, we will be putting tighter load controls and registration limits on it like Stevie has. Johnny will likely not be fixed in the sense you're imagining. He won't share hardware with Cody anymore, so he'll have a little more in terms of resources, but beyond that, there isn't much we can do. If anything, he may become a dedicated Java host down the road.

We don't allow shell access to our users, so this is normal.

The backups are indeed compressed. The space meter also includes things that aren't files, like MySQL databases. It is normal for the contents of your home folder to be smaller than what's shown on the meter.

I cant see the file name since avg cut the name off, but if i had to guess, that's likely the inactivity counter. AVG flags it as malware because some malware adds itself to pages in the same manner. If you block the script, your logon won't count and you'll eventually get suspended for inactivity.

Try the original password. If it doesn't work, the 'new' password. If that doesn't work, post back and we'll email you a new password.

You were suspended for having multiple accounts: uzair, uzair2, uzair3. I've unsuspended uzair3 since that one has the domain uzair.ga on it. Uzair and uzair2 will remain suspended.

If you're just seeing that now, your DNS isn't set up yet. That takes several days on Johnny, but shouldn't matter for remote mysql. Scripts accessing MySQL remotely should use a host name of johnny.heliohost.org for your account. As yashrs said, local scripts using mysql should use localhost. I noticed in your example that the database name and username are the same. Is this correct? Did you create that database user? Did you assign it to the database? Verify the password is correct.

It resets at midnight U.S. Pacific time, so try shortly after that. I don't know what timezone you're in. Also, you need to delete the Johnny account and wait 24 hours before you can sign up again. Back everything up, then do that here: www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete

Johnny goes down a lot. He's always like that because he's severely overloaded. If you need a reliable server and can do without the extra features Johnny offers (Java, Ruby, ASP.NET) and don't need PHP 5.4 (Stevie has 5.3), I would recommend you move to Stevie. His uptime is much better (99%) as opposed to the ~80% of Johnny, and is faster too.

Your account was not created properly. It didn't work because your domain isn't even associated with the account. I fixed it, but it takes time for the domain to start working.

Your account has a blank main domain (I didn't even know that was possible!). I've changed it for you so it is set to the one listed. Johnny domains can take up to a week to start working, so it will take some time for it to stop being queued. Lately they've been needing 3-4 days...

Ghost's cron was set to run too frequently. The error you saw was caused by the system deleting it and suspending you after Softaculous created the job on its own. It happens on occasion since Softaculous doesn't understand that we have a cron limit. The software might work if you install it manually. You just need to make sure that if it asks to install a cron, you say no during installation. You can always manually create one that fits our limit if you end up needing it.

The account masami has been deleted. Please give it 24 hours to fully remove its DNS entries before you sign up again.

What browser are you using? Also, how are you logging in? The form on our website or http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082 are the only two that count. Using HTTPS or port 80 will make it not count.

Did you assign the user to your database in cpanel? Is the database host set to localhost, and database username, and user password correct. (Check phpbb's Config file)? Does the database appear in phpmyadmin, and is the data present (if its empty, or the database does not appear in phpmyadmin, let me know)?
