  1. That's cPanel's way of saying the username or password is wrong. Could be a ton of things: Entered info actually being wrong, you being blocked by the firewall, you being suspended, the list goes on... What's your account's username?
  2. Not sure what's going on here. I've seen 2 or 3 people with mysql issues now though...Johnny did crash last week (hence the down time), so I'm wondering if mysql is hosed again... Escalating.
  3. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  4. I no longer see the account in the system. Give it 24 hours for the DNS to clear out, then sign up on Stevie.
  5. Firewall blocked you. Escalating to have it unblocked.
  6. What's your domain, username, and the name of the affected database?
  7. Removed.
  8. What is the username of your hosting account?

  10. Johnny has 5.4, and the new box that we haven't set up yet should have 5.6 when it finally becomes available. I don't know if we'll ever update Stevie. If we do, I'd expect 5.4 or maybe 5.6. It's had 5.3 for the 5 years I've been here though, so who knows when that'll happen.
  11. It was indeed for spam. Escalating. We have received a complaint about your account. Please investigate and fix within 24 hours. 12. The developer tools in your browser will likely help you find out what CSS file didn't load and why (odds are it's a 404 error caused by an incorrect path in a file somewhere). In Chrome, you can see resources and what failed to load by right clicking the page and "Inspect", then look in the console tab of the developer tools. Firefox should be similar. Not sure about IE.
  13. Indeed suspended for high load... You've been unsuspended. Just make sure you fix the script.
  14. cPanel is designed to have an option to let you choose the theme, but Krydos disabled it for some reason. I know the older X themes could cause you to get stuck in them, but PL doesn't have that issue. There must be some other reason he disabled it. A bunch of users on here have asked for PL on their account lately, so it'd be nice to have the switcher added back (or at least have cP set up so a mod/support admin could do this...especially seeing that it's a cosmetic setting). Also, @paladox2014: Any chance you know something about syntax highlighting with mediawiki? Someone else needed help with that the other day: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/23424-syntax-highlighting-in-mediawiki/
  15. Yeah, my site is custom too (though mine is actually written for 5.2 being made in 2011). I will tell you though that you'd be better off spending the time redoing it than putting up with the terrible performance on Johnny. Even when not crashed, Johnny's uptime is <80%...and slow when he's up. Is there really that much in your site's code that can't run on 5.3? I've seen very few things made for 5.4 that couldn't be made to work with 5.3...
  16. You can't. Gotta wait until he comes back up. Good idea! But Stevie has only PHP 5.3, but I need at least 5.4 :(/> Try an older version of whatever program you're using. Most things have a version that runs on 5.3.
  17. Glad to see you figured it out Let us know if you need anything else
  18. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  19. They shouldn't get dropped. Just gotta wait until he comes back up to get them. If you look at the historical data on the monitor, you can see the Stevie vs. Johnny performance comparison: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ The only time I recommend Johnny is if you really need the features he has. We're also in the process of setting up a new server that will offer Johnny's features with Stevie's performance levels. Soon enough it'll be possible to have the best of both worlds.
  20. I'm wondering the same thing. Johnny is terrible at uptime, but he's not usually this bad. I'd recommend once he comes back online that you back everything up and move to Stevie. Stevie has much better performance and uptime than Johnny.
  21. You were suspended for inactivity. I renewed it for you. In the future, you can renew it yourself here: heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew
  22. It currently is not. I do know that port 51990 is open outbound on Stevie since I use it for monitoring my minecraft server. Your website will be able to reach your game server if you set the game server to serve on that port instead of 27015 (and modify the website to connect to the game server using that port). I don't know of anything other than that one and the "normal" ports that's open though. Give that a shot once you get a Stevie account. If that doesn't work for some reason, let me know what your Stevie username is and I'll escalate this to see if we can get 27015 open for you on Stevie.
  23. Kinda figured. I'll wait until Johnny is back up, then delete it for you. Thinking about deletion, I don't want to try deleting while he's down since you could end up with a half-deleted account.
  24. Delete your account and sign up again. www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete You may not be able to do it while he's down though. Try and see. If it fails, let me know and I'll delete it for you. Stevie only allows a limited number of signups per day. If he's already reached his limit for the day, it will reset at midnight Pacific Time.
