  1. Nobody fixed it. The server just took forever to get its act together. Stevie domains are taking ~3 days right now for some reason, and I've seen at least one on Johnny take over a week. If you add any more domains, odds are the solution is just waiting.
  2. I would recommend changing your cpanel password. That should fix the 1045 error in phpmyadmin. The MySQL error about an unsupported version can be safely ignored.
  3. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  4. You were suspended for sending spam.
  5. That site is now working normally. As nyten said, please clear your cache.
  6. The fix for yours should be the same as the fix for his. Both of you have the same issue. Delete and recreate all your database users. Make sure when you recreate the database user, the password needs to match what's in wp-config.php, and it must be assigned to the correct database with all privileges . Also verify that your databases actually contain data. Check in PHPMyAdmin, if the tables say "in use" for collation, the only solution is to drop them and rebuild your site from scratch, or wait weeks if not months hoping we restore support for the storage engine they use. If you can't get into PhpMyAdmin, change your cpanel password, log out, then back in and try again. The "zero size" in cPanel is not an indicator of missing data, but rather is caused by passwords being out of sync, is erroneous, and can be ignored. Changing your cPanel password might help, though mine always show zero despite being filled with data.
  7. The account andhika2 has been deleted. It may take 24 hours before the domain will become available for use by another account. Once the 24 hours is up, if you want, you can host it here by attaching it to your other account using the addon domain feature in cpanel. If you receive an error saying its owned by another user, let us know and we can correct it.
  8. If I unsuspend this, the account sosmed will be suspended instead. Do you want to do this? You already admitted to it being yours here: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22218-queued-andhika2/ The domain and some other data are also similar or identical too...
  9. Doesn't matter. A single physical person in the real world may not own more than one account.
  10. I also see a hello world now. Please clear your cache.
  11. You're not allowed to have more than one account.
  12. I just suspended and unsuspended you manually which usually fixes these half-suspended accounts, but it still won't work for me either. Escalating.
  13. The domain haraldokland.com is queued because the account mariusm98 does not exist. There is an account called marius9 associated with you, but its main domain is mariusm98.heliohost.org. You will need to add haraldokland.com in cPanel as an addon domain (if the content is supposed to be different from mariusm98.heliohost.org) or parked domain (if content should match mariusm98.heliohost.org). Alternately, you can replace mariusm98.heliohost.org with haraldokland.com. You cannot create a second account.
  14. I am seeing your main domain as queued now. I've changed the main domain, then changed it back to trong.cf again, which should force the server to delete and recreate DNS records for it. Verify your domain's NS records are set to NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org, then wait 24 hours and clear your cache. If it's not working, let me know and I'll escalate this for you.
  15. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  16. That is not that account's main domain. The main domain for account trong is just trong.cf, and it resolves to a non-Heliohost IP due to Cloudflare. Cloudflare can cause subdomains to not work on their own. Make sure your domain's nameservers are set to NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org (eliminate cloudflare). Since you're on Stevie, CloudFlare isn't really necessary unless you have a lot of traffic, the hosting server's performance/uptime is poor, or you're using the advanced features that most don't need. Also be sure that wifi.trong.cf is created in the subdomains section of cPanel.
  17. That's odd...Krydos might know more then. I see cURL issues quite a bit, but there really should be no reason file_get_contents doesn't work reliably. I'll escalate it for you, though it may take some time for Krydos to get back to you on this.
  18. XCache is installed. See the phpinfo() section towards the bottom. Mediawiki is likely broken or it became incompatible with the version of XCache we use (likely if you updated). I'd recommend replacing Mediawiki with another product, especially since there's tons of alternatives that will happily run on our older software, are lighter on resources, and don't have tons of odd requirements.
  19. I'm assuming your account is xnyten on Stevie... Last login is today.
  20. Secure connections are counted. I just logged in with that link and confirmed that it counted me.
  21. No problem. I hope we get it fixed soon. A lot of people are seeing that issue.
  22. I'm not sure what's wrong with it. I suspended and unsuspended you manually which usually fixes these...but it's still suspended. Escalating.

  24. Odds are cURL is to blame, not our network. It worked on 7 of the 8 I tried, the eighth gave a 500 error because of cURL. In addition, cURL is an easy way to get suspended for load. It uses a lot more resources than methods like file_get_contents (which will happily retrieve content over HTTP). I'd recommend rewriting the script to not use cURL and see if it keeps acting up.
  25. FTP is usually the cause, though the reason given is usually "FTP 200 connections" or the like. Sometimes, it just happens. If it recurs, we can look into it.
