Could be facebook login support on his site. He did have a members area I think though I didn't look to see what type of login he supported. I saw the warez and didn't bother poking around any more, just suspended him and moved on since I had bigger phish to fry.

I'll add to this since I was the one who suspended him. The infringement was offering emulated gameboy games on avarcade.ml. I didn't even bother to check the youtube domains, as soon as I saw emulators, you got suspended. The emulator isn't an issue, but the pirated ROM it's running definitely is (I know one of the featured ones was Pokemon Emerald). I'd be happy to unsuspend you, but you will need to agree to permanently remove all emulators, ROMs, links to websites that offer similar illegal content, and other copyrighted material that you don't have a license to distribute from your site within 24 hours of unsuspension. Do you want to do this? @Byron: Can you take a closer look? I ran across him because he was on the phishing report, though I didn't see any phishing, just warez.

We don't have anything to restore. If the databases that we did have are not the correct ones, you will need to recreate your site. Going forward, please make sure to create regular backups so you can restore in the event something like this happens again.

Have you logged out and in after changing the password? When you change the password in cPanel, you need to log out and in again before the newly set password will take effect and make PHPMyAdmin start working again,

There is no account with the username risco. There is an account with the username riscoded though, is this the account needing a password reset?

I would recommend moving to Stevie for now. Johnny's hardware failed, so until we can physically see it to diagnose it, we don't even know if its repairable. Looks like the DB user the tool uses disappeared when Stevie's mysql acted up. Krydos needs to recreate the user. Also, I've never used the tool myself, so I'm not even sure the tracking is enabled. We turned off a lot of the stats and logging for performance reasons.

So, something seems to have changed recently. Stevie randomly refuses to file_get_contents() its own files through HTTP. Not often, though our new server Tommy will be up to date when it becomes available. Stevie has php 5.3.8 with MySQL 5.6.21 on it.

I can't get even an account on Tommy yet and I'm an admin, so probably not for a while. There will almost certainly be a beta period before we offer it to the public. We also have some other major improvements on the horizon (unrelated to the new server), which is another reason we're taking our time. We'll announce them when they're ready.

I can unsuspend the site for you, however we only give you one chance to fix spam. If we receive another complaint, you will be permanently suspended. Odds are the spam is being caused by malware on your site or a compromised email account. I would recommend deleting everything on your account, changing your passwords, then rebuilding your site using known-clean software. Note that many "free themes" and similar content from dubious websites, especially those made for WordPress and Joomla, have backdoors in them. Drupal is likely similar in this respect. Did you use localhost as the histname? Did you create a user for the database and assign the user to it?
