  1. There's tons of converters that accept .doc. What format you want to convert to or from?
  2. If it is already deleted, then no. You'll need to sign up again and restore any backups you may have.
  3. Escalating... @Krydos: These look like they are connected to the domain theft incident from 3 weeks ago. One of these accounts is also the one that shares cic.ir with indozona (cic.ir's owner reported their issue yesterday).
  4. Edited. Indeed a bad idea to post your password publicly. I would also recommend he now change his password as soon as Johnny becomes available again. It was actually up for a brief period earlier today before going down again, though that continued downtime might just be normal while Johnny is getting his act together.
  5. This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org
  6. I looked into this further. Your domain's DNS records suggest your account was on Johnny. From what I can tell, your account likely got lost as a result of the Charlie hardware failure and subsequent account database rollback. The Charlie hardware that Johnny and Cody (the account manager server) ran on failed in July. While we restored an old backup of Cody to new hardware and were able to restore required entries for Stevie, we have no way of restoring the entries for Johnny accounts created since March since Johnny is down. We are sending someone to attempt repairs within the next week or so, however there is no guarantee that we will be able to repair Charlie (and subsequently, Johnny) If you wish to continue hosting your domain here, you can either wait until Johnny is fixed (assuming it can be fixed, we don't know yet), or create a new account on Stevie. If you get a DNS error or a message indicating the domain is in use, please let me know and I can have it removed so you can add this domain to your Stevie account.
  7. Something is very wrong with this domain, which is why we need to wait for Krydos. The system is reporting your domain as assigned to two accounts at once, which should be impossible. He can figure out why this domain is showing attached to a known abuse account and a second account at once, as well as whether you own that second account (the data I can see suggests you do not). Domain cic.ir is currently showing as assigned to indozona, an account recently involved in multiple domain thefts, as well as to another account that was created on 7/29/16 and hosts four other domains. This second account was last logged into 3 days ago.
  8. @Byron: The account that cic.ir is attached to was recently engaged in domain theft: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25461-suspended-indozona/ His domain quite likely got stolen.
  9. No accounts with those or similar usernames or email addresses exist. How long ago was the account made? If its been abandoned for a long time, its quite likely that it was deleted for inactivity.
  10. CGI should work fine, I'm assuming perl or Python? As for the whole-site backup, you cannot just upload it and expect it to restore on its own, however you can upload/restore files and databases yourself using the various files inside it. If you unpack the .tar.gz, there will be a homedir.tar that contains your files, and a mysql folder that contains dumps of your databases. There are also folders for things such as postgres databases and mail forwarder settings that might be useful.
  11. Nyten pretty much has it. You need to use custom DNS at freenom and specify our nameservers. We do not support using an IP address to attach a domain.
  12. Right now, you can't. We don't have any working servers that support java. Once tommy comes out of beta or Johnny is repaired, you'll need to delete your Stevie account and sign up on one of the other servers.

In theory yes, but you need to buy a dedicated IP to use SSL on Stevie, and you'll need to update them manually every 90 days. You're better off using a cert with a longer expiration date. Tommy will eventually support SNI, which eliminates the dedicated IP requirement. An automatic update plugin for the certificates has been discussed, though I'm not sure what the plans are for its implementation.
  14. Just to clarify this one, it's 192.168.*, Other IPs in the 192.* range are in fact allowable public IPs.
  15. Not sure, Byron would be able to tell you. I'm not terribly worried about that file though. The ROMs were my concern, and that seems to be fixed now. As for your site, it works fine. Not sure what you mean you not being able to get on it. If you mean seeing an internal server error, it was probably because you were logged into cPanel (it's normal when you're logged in).
  16. On Windows, the below works to see if the port is occupied. netstat -abno|findstr 51990 It won't show process name though in the findstr'd list because the findstr only shows lines with the matching string, and the process name appears on a separate line in Windows. Just remove the "|findstr 51990" to get the full list with process names.
  17. You have 24 hours from now to delete all ROMs, emulators, pirated games, links to such material, that facebook_auth.php, and all other infringing material from your account. If you don't clean it up, you'll be resuspended.
  18. That's because 192.168.1.150 is an internal IP on your home network. That will never work from the outside world. You need to forward the radio ports in your router settings, then use your public IP address (you can just google "IP Address" and it will show it at the top).
  19. I'm not sure how to change the port for that program since I've never used it. However, the manual or possibly support forum (if they have one) for the program might be able to explain the procedure. The port the server listens on is often an option in the settings of server programs, or in the config file if the program uses one. If you have issues with it once you get the port changed and your code updated on your site, let us know and we'll be happy to help
  20. Can you change the radio port? If so, try 51990. Then, modify your site to make the connection to the radio server on that port. We don't like opening custom ports for security reasons, and since I'm assuming you have control over the radio server that is hosting on 23264, I would suggest simply reconfiguring that server to host on a port that is already open on our end.
  21. Good to see you figured it out Let us know if you need anything else.
  22. If your site makes an outbound connection, it will already work provided you use a normal port, we suggest 80 or 443 for content, and 3306 for database connections. We don't permit inbound connections on custom ports. We also don't block IPs in or out except when they are abusive (overloading FTP, DoS, etc.) If this were the case, you would not be able to access your site at all. What is your site trying to do?
  23. In fact, it's changed 3 times since you posted this topic...every one of your posts is from a different IP. @Krydos: What can we can do about this aside from recommending he move the weather station to a static IP?
  24. The domain walel.tk works fine for me.
  25. The hardware failed. Until we can see it in person, we don't even know if its repairable or not. You're welcome to make a Stevie account if you wish.
