That's going to be a code issue with the theme. It's trying to look for the language file in the root of the server instead of the theme folder...most likely whoever wrote the theme didn't code it to resolve paths correctly. Open_basedir restrictions are a security feature designed to prevent your scripts from accessing files that aren't in home folder or /tmp. If a program is trying to do that, it's either broken or not supported.

It was on March 1. Escalating to Krydos since I don't know how the system disables this. I checked the domains and subscription in Plesk and it says mail is enabled already. I'm probably missing something...
