The email support does not accept pictures attachments so we can’t see the confirmation you attached. That said, the only $5 Morty purchase I see in our system for today already created an account. If you’re still unable to create your account, please provide the transaction ID and email address from the purchase so we can get it fixed for you.

For mysql, you actually do it yourself. In plesk, edit the database user, and there's an option for remote access at the bottom below the permissions section.

What is the database username and database name? -
Third party DNS is not supported for helioho.st and heliohost.us subdomains. This restriction is intentional and is for two reasons: Some providers don't understand that the subdomains can be owned by different users. CF used to be one of the biggest offenders of this, though apparently it does recognize the subdomains separately now. Prevents users from pointing our domains to a third-party host. This is to prevent someone from doing something like hosting a phishing site on a third-party server where we can't scan for abuse/investigate/ban them, and getting the entire domain blacklisted.

No. SSH is not available on any Plesk plan for security reasons. A VPS is required if you need this access. -

The _ character is not allowed in a domain name. Are you ok with hyphens? And the answer your other question, you're limited to one node application per domain. Please keep in mind that running more than one on your account might subject you to load suspension anyway. Node is very heavy on memory usage.

We don't allow SSH on the Plesk plans for security reasons. If you need that, you'll need to purchase a VPS. The domain nnya.top has been added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domain can take up to two hours to start working.

How about adding an extra 1000Mb space on the Tommy account? Tommy 2000mb plan is $7, which is what you paid.

I wonder if you had the same issue as another user yesterday (the invite was sent to you but the link was invalid...that issue was due to a software bug that has since been fixed.) If you want, we can just move your tommy account to morty and credit you the original Morty purchase + $2 for the Tommy account into your morty balance. If not, our other admin Krydos is the one who needs to give you a refund. Are you still interested in the morty account?

The new account will be on Tommy yes. It would be preferred that you not host that content at all until it no longer looks like, and cannot be confused for, another company’s website. -
