    Johnny Backups

There's no backup because that account does not exist. It either expired and was deleted for inactivity at some point before Johnny went offline, or you have the username incorrect.
  2. Johnny accounts cannot be unarchived at this time due to ongoing maintenance. https://www.helionet...ny-maintenance/ If you want to download your content, see this topic: https://www.helionet...johnny-backups/ If you're a donor, we can move you to another server and restore it there. Please provide a transaction ID if this is the case. Minimum donation is $1.
  3. Your username is actually saini832 and it cannot be unarchived at this time due to ongoing maintenance. https://www.helionet...ny-maintenance/ If you want to download your content, see this topic: https://www.helionet...johnny-backups/ If you're a donor, we can move you to another server and restore it there. Please provide a transaction ID if this is the case. Minimum donation is $1.
  4. This project was abandoned I believe.
  5. Unblocked.
  6. That account is on Johnny, which is down indefinitely due to ongoing maintenance and cannot be restored at this time. Your account's contents may be available through https://heliohost.org/backup/ if you wish to download them. If you wish to continue hosting with us, you can sign up again for free when registrations open, or if you're a donor, we can move this account to another server and restore it there for you instead.
  7. Actually, Tommy does support Tomcat. It's Ricky that doesn't support it.
  8. The archive does not exist for this account, which means the backup failed. You'll need to start over. Even if the server were to come out of maintenance, this particular account would not be recoverable. I do have a copy of your home folder's files available, but not the databases or other data associated with your account. I can copy that to a new account once you create it. We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the issue, I've sent you an invite for an account on another server. Please check your email.
  9. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.<br /><br />If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator
  10. The shop-n-america.us domain has a valid certificate, but you have images on your page that load over an insecure connection, so it won't show as fully secure. You need to edit your code to make sure your images, scripts, or other elements like stylesheets are loading over an HTTPS connection. Once every element is loaded over HTTPS, the page should be considered secure.
  11. Unblocked.
  12. Unblocked.
  13. I don't know of any off the shelf way our server could support just feeding in an html file and get a pdf out, though there are tons of libraries for making PDFs that can accept html, so you can likely write something to do it in php. https://ourcodeworld.com/articles/read/226/top-5-best-open-source-pdf-generation-libraries-for-php
  14. You shouldn't need to do anything if your site is configured correctly. The server should get you a certificate on its own assuming it can validate your domains (forced SSL redirects and WordPress' pretty URLs are the leading causes of this failing). What is your account's username (I can't find it by email or by username in our system)?
  15. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.
  16. Unarchiving...
  17. Resent. Please note that Yahoo has some issues receiving our email though, so it's possible you won't receive it. If you don't receive it within 10 minutes of this email, check your spam filter and let us know. We can resend it again to a non-yahoo address if needed.
  18. Please send the email address in the body of the email, we cannot view the from address on our emails since they're converted to forum posts, so we have no idea where to send it. Also, if you're using Gmail, the invite will go to spam, so be sure to check there.
  19. It's supported, but our root admin Krydos has to install that for you. Lets see if he can do that for you.
  20. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.
  21. It's archived. Unarchiving...
  22. The domain on zkelvin2 has been changed to zkelvin2.heliohost.org
  23. We don't own that domain, the user whose account is suspended owns it. The user who currently owns it would need to release it if he wanted to transfer it to someone else. Please note that per our Privacy Policy, we cannot provide contact information for the user in question.

    Double Storage

Received by PM (we do not provide support by PM): This violates our Terms of Service and will get all of your accounts suspended. We only allow one account per living person, regardless of the number of sites that person owns. An account also has a maximum of 2GB disk space with the upgrade, so it's impossible for any person to receive more than 2GB. Unfortunately your big blog sounds like it has outgrown our services and needs a paid hosting service at this point. We recommend hostgator for scenarios like this: https://heliohost.org/partners/hostgator It's a penny for the first month, if you don't like it you can cancel after that. We receive a portion of your fees if you decide to subscribe to their service. For the smaller ones that would probably fit, we can definitely give you the 2GB for $5 or more, but we don't offer any capacity beyond that. It's not because we don't want to, it's because we don't actually have the space to go around. We limit the space to 2GB so everyone has the opportunity to get it if they wish. We'd run out if we allowed more. Also, if we made an exception for you, it would not be fair to other users who also wanted more than 2GB of space (and were also turned away).
  25. We have no idea because we don't know what's wrong with it. It keeps crashing when it has any sort of load on it, which is why we packed up all the accounts and emptied the server. If I had to guess it's software corruption, but hardware issues aren't out of the realm of possibility considering the hardware is 10 years old.
