  1. Thanks for the donation. Escalating so this can be moved for you.
  2. See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/31327-solved-tommy-still-down/ Your issue is that you're on Johnny.
  3. That's Johnny, not Tommy. Poor performance such as this is quite normal for Johnny since he's meant for experimenting, not production websites. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ His load has been rather high the past day or so. If you want a production grade server, you want Tommy (which is currently limited to donors because the disk is almost full).
  4. If you want the godaddy domain to show the contents of that specific site, you need to add the domain as an addon domain and when it asks for the document folder, select the folder in your account that belongs to http://shippingallover.heliohost.org/. Be sure to remove it as an alias before trying to add it as an addon domain. You will also need to change the domain name in your WordPress settings, otherwise WordPress will redirect you to edit your WordPress settings http://shippingallover.heliohost.org/wp/ when you visit it. Also, what is the godaddy domain you registered? I'd like to take a look to see how its configured now so I can direct you on the proper way to fix it.
  5. Thank you for the donation. The move process is not automatic and requires that you post here and have it manually moved. You didn't receive an invite because you already have an account. Escalating to get this moved for you.
  6. We can't really understand you due to the language barrier, so we don't know what you're trying to do.
  7. The new domain you registered should be added in cPanel as an Alias for the http://shippingallover.heliohost.org site if these two are supposed to show the same content.
  8. Moved for further review.
  9. The account nirupbbnk does not exist. There is an account call nirupb though. That account cannot be restored due to a hardware failure in late December. An invite will be sent shortly for you to create a new account. Please check your email. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  10. Unblocked. It was blocked for failed SFTP logins, so make sure your FTP client has the right credentials.
  11. The outage was caused by a DoS attack out of Liberia that ran the server out of memory. Additional abuse prevention has been implemented to mitigate this specific type of attack going forward.
  12. That account cannot be restored due to a hardware failure in late December. An invite will be sent shortly for you to create a new account. Please check your email. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  13. Spam removed and closed.
  14. Not sure why you would have lost it then. Krydos can check.
  15. Things like SPF will probably be missing, which would explain the spam flags and blocks (the providers want to see a valid mail server when the look up the connecting party to reduce spam) . You can try creating the MX and related records manually (you'll need to go into cpanel and look in the MX editor and the DNS editor to see what the correct values are). No guarantees it'll work though.
  16. That was high load. The load has since returned to normal.
  17. I wonder if cygwin would run in wine...? Let's just put Cygwin in wine that runs on Linux subsystem for Windows, then put the Windows install in a VM that's running on top of Linux that's itself in a VM on an ESXi server that's installed inside Hyper-V and we'll be good.
  18. It sounds like you were using short tags...we just recently turned them off, which is why this broke. Using the short tags is considered bad coding practice anyway, and they're incompatible with some newer applications. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/31276-phpini-setting-for-prestashop/
  19. Are you aware that you're only allowed one account?
  20. Did it get suspended or go inactive by chance? Either way, moving this so Krydos can turn it back on for you.
  21. Seeing it's 3 mail providers, I bet the ports are blocked in the firewall to prevent spam. Krydos would know for sure. Escalating.
  22. That's normal. Suspended or inactive accounts lose Java and get sent to the back of the line so people who are actively using their account and waiting in line can get Java. To create an account on Tommy, please donate $1 or more, then post your transaction ID here so we can send you an invite. We no longer offer free Tommy accounts because the server is low on disk space. Please be aware there is a wait for Java on Tommy too, but it's only a few days vs. 4 months on Johnny.
  23. That's odd...Krydos might know why this is happening. Escalating.
  24. It's specifically how WordPress is designed that causes this. We're not the only host with WP issues; in fact, some web hosts have banned WordPress entirely. We do not recommend WordPress because it is bloated and severely insecure. There are plenty of other faster and more secure CMSes available. Joomla tends to be decent for instance (we used it ourselves for 10 years). Performance issues with WP are caused by installing too many plugins or malware (very easy to get with WordPress) though. Try removing a bunch of extensions.
