We don't permit document roots to be outside of public_html for various reasons. This is by design. We recommend dropping a .htaccess file in public_html that denies access to the other document roots if this is a concern. A. There's multiple issues here. First, we don't officially support subdomains when the parent isn't hosted here. If it's like a properly configured domain though, the fix is likely to manually create the subdomains web.jbbdude.jbbdude.heliohost.org, and fantasytv.jbbdude.jbbdude.heliohost.org. (See below for an explanation why this works to fix an addon domain). B. This is intentionally forbidden. See above. C. Use an .htaccess file or add a line of code in your index.php (or equivalent) to do it. D. Johnny is famous for this. Addon domains are actually an Alias pointed to a subdomain of your main domain. The error in question is what happens when the addon domain gets parked to a nonexistent subdomain. The addon domain process times out and fails half way through before the subdomain gets created because of his load. Tommy and Ricky don't have this issue.

Yes we'd just manually verify. I can easily check that domain is (or at least was) registered to an account here, even if the DNS doesn't reflect that by looking in the account database. There is no way to prevent someone from having it added to an account here and actually hosted elsewhere though. It is worth noting that we don't recommend CF unless it's absolutely necessary because it conflicts with a lot of things. We'd need to manually verify dedicated ip users too, but those are few and far between.

It failed because you didn't change the main domain correctly, or it failed. I see an entirely different domain sandroalvares.com.br as your main domain, but you're trying to register camile.com.br... Try again, and if it still doesn't work, I'll change it for you.

Geez, that's from before my time as an admin. Those projects are 5+ years old. Ashoat might be the only one who can do that...I'm not even sure Krydos would have access.

If I remember right, .de is like .br...it can't be hosted here without jumping through hoops. It's to do with the fact that our system requires the NS be set first, and those two TLDs require the host be set up first. These two TLDs are backwards vs. everyone else out there. The fix is to change your main domain to the .de domain, set the name servers at namecheap, change the main domain back, then add the domain as an alias or add on domain. The registrations were open for just 6 seconds last night before all the slots were filled. You might wish to donate $1 and get it that way. It'll be easier and faster, and you're guaranteed an account as a thank you for donating.

Easiest way is probably to check the DNS to see a domain points to our name servers, or if it resolves to one of the three shared IPs.

Despite traffic exchanges in the conventional sense being useless and bad for search rankings, there is potential here. What about a manually vetted showcase of what our users have manage to do with our service instead of a traditional traffic exchange?

Yeah, it's the same for both. Also, the thing about Ricky, is that we don't really promote Ricky. Everybody hates Johnny, and Tommy is promoted for speed and features. Ricky is just...there. He's meant to be a slimmed Tommy though, so we can't just randomly move people or he'd be a second Johnny instead. Someone definitely can donate and ask for a Ricky invite/move if for some reason they wanted that over Tommy (and I can only think of one good reason, Flask on 2.7).

@Luigi: A donation is required for that just like Tommy. We've moved them for free, but only when Johnny's problems made it impossible for us to fix something for a user.

That website works fine for me. WordPress is famous for being really slow and insecure though. Try removing your WordPress extensions, or better yet. using something that's not WordPress.

Yes. All PHP files must be 644 or they won't work. When you use SFTP, they upload as 664 and need to be changed.

Your files are writable by the group. Change the permissions on them to 644 and it will work.

It's archived. Non-heliohost.org domains will show queued when the account behind them gets archived or deleted. Escalating to have it restored.

The subdomains in question are now working. CloudFlare is the issue. Also, please be advised that after inspecting your domains, I noticed on at least one page, there were links promoting hacking tools (they appear to be ads from wap4dollar). Please remove such advertising within 24 hours. Hacking tools and piracy are not welcome here.

Is the card capable of international transactions or transactions in other currencies (our transactions are all in USD)? Many cards aren't.

That's your mail client adding that as a security measure. Some clients do it, some don't. It usually appears when the rDNS of the sending server does not match the domain in the From header. Since you're on a shared server, the rDNS will resolve back to servername.heliohost.org. If you set the From as something@tommy.heliohost.org you wouldn't see that since the domains would match. Gmail is probably the most widely known one that does this. The idea behind it is to help users in scenarios where someone makes the From address something nefarious such as update-your-account@paypal.com, the via is there to make it easier for users to see it's phishing and did not actually come from PayPal.

Tommy will run software better than anyone, and also has an increased max connection limit compared to the other two servers, so that would be my recommendation as a next step.
