That account exists and is not suspended. It is worth noting that /var being full does break most websites and completely breaks cPanel. As a result, your account may not function properly until the disk space issues are corrected.

Reason was high mysql load...that makes sense in this case. The issue with phpmyadmin in your other topic was because your account got suspended from the load. When you get suspended, you lose access to everything, so it booted you out. Please be sure to check your commands before running them. Unsuspended.

What is your account's username? The index file should usually just go in public_html. Make sure the file permissions are set to 644 or it will show an internal server error.

There is likely no reason the 30 minute one is even needed. Assuming the memberships expire based on date, once per day should be more than enough to send these. Be mindful of the 50 email per day limit as well. Too many emails can get you suspended. As for the once an hour job, what is the url to the script? We usually can create an external cron that calls it every hour for you.

Correct. The subfolder it creates will act as the root for that new domain. You should put the content for the new domain in the subdirectory. If your plan was to have both domains show the same content, use an Alias instead of an Addon domain.
