Lets have Krydos take another look.

dial tcp 65.19.141.67:3306: connect: connection timed out
wolstech replied to arhimas's topic in Customer Service
Is this software running on your account, or is it something connecting to Johnny remotely? If it's running on your account, use localhost (instead of johnny.heliohost.org or the IP). If it's remote, be sure you've remote mysql for the IP address you're connecting from (if it's dynamic as most home IPs are, you may want to allow % instead so all IPs are allowed). -
Unblocked.

Upon further evaluation, your account has been determined to be too risky for us to host. Not only is it in violation of our Terms of Service for using a disposable email address, you also created 2 accounts, which is against our Terms of Service. That second account was also just banned for Phishing, proving our concerns. We regret not being able to serve you at this time, however the activity in question is both against our terms of service and a federal crime in the USA where we are based. HelioHost does not tolerate Phishing activity of any type, whether it be phishing websites, emails, or the distribution or operation of software or tools for phishing. Once again we apologize for not being able to serve you, and we thank you for your interest in HelioHost.

Unsuspended.

We just need some more information about what are you planning to use this account for. Can you explain the suspicious-looking domain? Please keep in mind our Terms of Service, which prohibits users from hosting things such as likebots and phishing.

It was nothing you did. Tommy was having some abuse thrown at it, and you got caught up in the fray by the DOS mitigation. Unblocked.

Java has been broken on Tommy lately. Tomcat keeps crashing for some reason. Krydos can restart it again...
-
Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.<br /><br />If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator

[Solved] java deploy 127.0.0.1:8080 problem
wolstech replied to weweneh1's topic in Escalated Requests
If I remember right, that issue is caused by a code error on your part. Check to make sure you didn't reference localhost or 127.0.0.1 explicitly anywhere in your war. Krydos might know more, I have very little knowledge of how java works. -
Unblocked. It wasn't caused by anything you did.

The account's owner has to log into cpanel to keep it from getting suspended, and if the account gets suspended, the site stops working until it's renewed. After some additional time, the account gets archived. The data is only deleted if we run out of disk space. In this scenario, the accounts that have been archived the longest are deleted. The time needed for that to occur varies by server, but is usually a year or more unless we have a hardware failure.
-
Done. You should now be able to log in and the domains should start working again within the next few hours.
-
Unarchiving...

Botnet or some other form of malware from the looks of it. I can't tell exactly what it was because the files are all obfuscated. Either way it can't be unsuspended. If you want a new account we can do that, but I will need a different email address so I can send the invite.
-
That account cannot be unsuspended because it was involved in illegal activity.
-
Should be. The only other thing to check is to make sure the file has permissions of 644.
-
Ouch. Whatever you uploaded is either way too heavy, or broken. Let's have Krydos identify this before we unsuspend it, we want to make sure you know how it fix this so that doesn't happen again.
-
Done. Your account is now on Tommy and your quota has been increased. If you see a suspended or queued page, please clear your browser cache and flush your OS's DNS cache.
-
Moving now... And no, your emails are not stored encrypted. An email on a cPanel server is actually just a plain text file inside the ~/mail folder. You can check your mail by FTP if you really wanted to. I've never used the GnuPG implementation on cPanel, though I do use it on my home PC. I have to enter my password every time.
-
What IPs need access (or any)?
-
$6 or more will get you both. $1 for the move, $5 for the storage. It can be donated together or separately, doesn't matter. We just need you to send us the transaction ID so we can find it and set it up for you. As for the mining software, it's not the most profitable thing in the world, but we have made about ~$100 over the past year from people using it.
