    Double Storage

You can't. It's too big to host here. You would need to reduce its size. Usually we'd suggest moving pictures/videos/downloads to other services like imgur or dropbox to reduce the size. The maximum space any one user can have is 2GB, and that would be for a donor with a Tommy account who has donated $5 or more.
  2. Krydos has to install asp.net again for you. Let's have him to do that...
  3. I think the ssl certificate is compatible if you wanted a real certificate that's not from Comodo/cpanel, but I've never used it. The dns option is NOT compatible with our service (or isn't supported anyway, though it may be possible to make it work, we don't officially support any configuration using a third party dns provider).
  4. The $5/month is preferred for the donation and yes the namecheap link should still be valid.
  5. This server has come back online.
  6. I suspect neither. More than likely it's blocked because of someone setting up a phishing site. Our provider only gives us an hour to remove things like phishing sites from our service after they notify us. Unfortunately, not being staffed 24/7 makes removing these sometimes take longer than we (or our provider) would like. When that happens, they block the entire server until it can be dealt with and we contact them.
  7. Looks like Ricky just disappeared sometime last night. Can this be looked at? I suspect it might be null routed for failure to remove phishing...I did see two abuse reports with related null route notices last night for it.
  8. That server is in fact down. It's being looked into. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  9. Yikes. Whatever you're running is either too heavy for our service, or broken and stuck in an infinite loop. We can unsuspend you, but I want Krydos to identify what caused this before we do so this doesn't happen again.
  10. From the looks of it, you're the same user as https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/34287-account-suspended-due-to-inactivity/ You're only allowed one account.
  11. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.
  12. I just took a deeper look. There's two issues here. First, you're not on Johnny like you thought. You're actually on Tommy and can be unarchived Second, your username is not divyansj, it's just divyans. Unarchiving...
  13. That account cannot be unarchived at this time because it is on Johnny, which is down for extended maintenance. Your account's contents can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/ . If you wish to continue hosting with us, you can wait until the server is fixed (we have no estimate as to when this will be), sign up again for free when registrations open, or if you're a donor, we can move this account to another server and restore it there for you instead.

  15. HelioHost offers free 1 year registration on domains for users who are active users of our service and productive members of our community To get a domain registered, you must have the following qualifications: 1) You must have been a member of HelioNet for at least three months. 2) You must have at least 400 posts. No Exceptions! For every new domain or domain renewal (domains must be renewed yearly) you request, you must have 400 posts. For instance, you may register a single free domain when you have 400 posts, but you will have to have another 400 posts (for a total of 800 posts) in order to renew it the following year. Similarly, if you want to register a second domain you will need to have at least 800 posts, assuming you haven't yet renewed your first domain. If you have met the above requirements, you may initiate a free domain request here. Make sure that this domain has not been registered yet! To do this, execute a simple WhoIs search for your desired domain. Include the following information in your thread: 1) Your full legal name 2) Your email 3) Your home street address 4) Your city, state/province (if applicable), zip/postal code, and country of residence 5) A daytime phone number where you can be reached, including country code (+1 for the USA) 6) Your organization (if applicable) 7) The domain you want to register. 8) The HelioHost account you want this domain to be pointed to. All the above information is required due to ICANN restrictions. If you are uncomfortable posting this information on our forum, please PM it to a Root Admin and post in this topic letting us know that it has been sent by PM so we can check our PMs for it. Be advised, however, that WHOIS information is public, and anybody can look up your information by running a WHOIS search on your domain.

  17. Looks like it's gone. The account does not exist.
  18. Must've worked since the account specified does not exist.
  19. Lets see if Krydos can do this for you,
  20. The account has been deleted. An invitation has also sent to the address associated with the deleted account so you can create a new account if you wish.
  21. I just realized my prior email contained a broken link. If you end up wanting to delete your account so you can request a replacement, the correct link is: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete
  22. I edited them out, but be aware that the fact they've been sitting online for a day or more means they'll likely appear in google results and other forum scraper logs now, which are impossible to remove. You can change mysql passwords using this page: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/sql/index.html You can change your account password using this page: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/passwd/index.html If these don't work, you can also just delete your entire account and request an invite for a replacement: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete
  23. He hasn't really been by lately, so it's quite possible he just hasn't looked at it yet.
  24. You can email us the transaction ID and specify the email address it should be sent to. Note that we cannot see the address that you're sending from, so be sure to type it out in the body of the message. If your friend receives an invite in the meantime, he can just delete it. We'll gladly reissue the invite under another email address as long as it hasn't been used.
  25. Sure. Just be aware the invite will be sent to the paypal email address unless you specifically indicate otherwise.
