  1. Unsuspended. Please remove that content quickly.
  2. You were suspended for high load. Unfortunately, when I unsuspended you, I found copyright infringement, which is against our TOS and not welcome here. If you wish to be unsuspended, you'll need to agree remove any links and discussion of cracking, warez, and related material within 24 hours (failure to remove it will result in a permanent suspension). Please let me know when you're ready to fix this and I'll unsuspend you.
  3. Those sorts of sites are rather well known for being bad for search ratings. While they do help generate traffic, the majority of that traffic ends up being bots and other uninterested visitors. Plus, they can sometimes get your site associated with link spamming and other things you'd rather your site not be associated with (malware, warez, etc.)
  4. Yeah, the file and folder permissions do that when uploaded over SFTP, and they indeed need to be fixed to get the software working. You get 500 errors when stuff is writable by the group.
  5. Your network is blocking port 1342, or your client can't handle SFTP (which is a different protocol from FTP). Try Plain (unencrypted) FTP on port 21 instead.
  6. I missed that one too and I'm used to seeing this stuff. Nobody's perfect I suppose...
  7. You got blocked again. Same reason as before. It only gives you 5 tries before you get blocked. Unblocked.
  8. High load and downtime is a normal occurrence for Johnny: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ If you need reliable, fast service, please move to Tommy.
  9. I just checked every version of PHP on Tommy, PHP on Johnny, and PHP 5.6 on Ricky. We don't actually support this based on the version information from php -v and phpinfo()'s output. Escalating to see if it can be installed. In the meantime, do you have proof of purchase for the license for this software (we have to ask because nulled/pirated software has been a major problem for us in the past)?
  10. Can you try to rename or delete your htaccess file using FTP since cpanel won't work? I just checked and you're not blocked or suspended or anything. If need be, try resetting your password too.
  11. Unfortunately we can't, especially the execution time one, as it will overload our servers. We already regularly suspend people for load due to Wordpress overloading our servers. These settings would only make the issue worse. Please find different software. For what it's worth, we recommend avoiding Wordpress entirely. It's full of security holes, the themes and extensions are rarely if ever secure (many "free" themes are disguised malware), and it's the number one leading cause of load, malware, and hacked site suspensions on our service. Just about any other piece of software available is more secure.
  12. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  13. FTPS does not work on Johnny. It either needs "Plain FTP (insecure)" or you need to use SFTP. Try these settings: https://i.imgur.com/U5p0HL9.png Use cPanel username and password when prompted.
  14. It's archived. Escalating to have it restored.
  15. This time around you're suspended because your WordPress installation got hacked and malware was installed. We highly recommend not using WordPress, at it's full of security holes (even when up to date), and the extensions and themes available for it are very often malware themselves. WordPress is the number one cause of malware suspensions on our servers. Please delete the files above (and preferably the entire WordPress install, as they are virtually impossible to disinfect completely, one of your extensions likely has a vulnerability or backdoor in it) within 24 hours or you'll be resuspended and a root admin will delete it for you. Unsuspended. EDIT: Email sent.
  16. @Bailey: That stuff's already been checked. There's nothing more he can do except wait for Krydos.
  17. I don't know what it could be if the permissions and remote mysql are configured correctly. Escalating.
  18. Yes you can reuse the email address.
  19. If I had to guess, it's probably the cPanel File Manager's trash bin. Have you deleted a lot of stuff? Go into the cPanel File Manager and empty the trash. At this time we don't offer additional disk space, though plans for this are in the works.
  20. Use tommy.heliohost.org:1342 for the host name.
  21. The one you're posting from is not blocked. Is there a different IP address that needs unblocked?
  22. 12/12/17 @ 8:13PM UTC+1 was a DDoS or HE connectivity issue that was beyond our control. All servers went down at the same time, so a second server won't help there: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/archive/?2017-12-12 12/9/17 @ 9:40PM UTC+1: No outage at that time, but there was a prolonged outage earlier in the day on Tommy, related to an unknown issue that caused excessive load and its fix which involved rebooting the server: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/archive/?2017-12-09 This one may have benefited from a second server. 12/4/17 @ 6PM UTC+1: There were actually two events that day, both were user-induced load spikes and the server worked as designed by suspending the users and returning to normal operation within minutes. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/archive/?2017-12-04 Both users have since posted here on the forums and we helped address their load issues (one was a website that got hit by a botnet, the other was malfunctioning WordPress).
