Last I heard, ASP.net is only available on Tommy now. -
[Solved] How to increase max user connection in mysql
wolstech replied to ddushan123's topic in Customer Service
You can't. This error is usually a result of one of two things. Either the server is overloaded, or your code is poorly written and you need to fix your code so it's closing the connections when it's done with them.- 1 reply

- maxuser_connection
- max user connection

You can see where the DoS attack ended here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ Notice all the load and Apache downtime disappearing abruptly in the evening around 9PM UTC on Sunday June 24...
-
Johnny is just slow due to load. If you’re just using our server for remote MySQL, Ricky might be suitable for you. Tommy will perform best, but Ricky is easier to get a free account on than Tommy. If you donate $1 or more though, you get a Tommy account automatically.

Check the file permissions. They need to be 644 in order to work. Also, be sure the script isn’t just erroring out (look for a file called error_log in the same folder for the error details).
-
Try “plain” (no encryption) FTP, port 21. Use cPanel username and password for credentials. A lot of networks at places like work or school block the port used by SFTP.

Duplicate request.
-
You don’t use the IPs. You need to use the host names, enter them exactly as I described above. Also, you need to use NS records, not A records.
-
Johnny’s Apache is currently down due to a DoS attack. Try again later. You can see the load and related outage caused by the attack here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
-
You need to change the domains name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org on your registrar’s website.
-
You were suspended for high load. Please watch your load usage. Unsuspended.

Johnny is under DoS attack right now, so he's being really slow to answer requests...if he doesn't just refuse them entirely. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/

Sure. Let's see what Krydos says.

[Solved] Move Account Request - Customer Service - HelioNet
wolstech replied to al3arbe1's topic in Customer Service
Your account has been moved to Tommy. If you see a queued page, clear your browser cache and flush your OSes DNS cache. Thank you for the donation. -
I'm not sure what you're asking. The PHP mail() function is enabled and does not require any credentials to use.

[Solved] Move Account Request - Customer Service - HelioNet

Welp, that's the first time I've gotten a crypto donation for a Tommy account I just confirmed that we did receive the coins from you and they're worth $1.01 right now Moving... -
[Solved] Delete account in order to create it with different server.
wolstech replied to danyfarr's topic in Customer Service
The account danyfar2 was still pending creation and has been cancelled. You should be able to sign up again now. -
Your account has been moved to Tommy and has had its quota increased to 2000MB. Moving this to escalated so Mono can be installed for you.
-
Johnny's been too overloaded the past few hours for me to move this for you. Krydos has to do the Mono installation. You donated $5...technically it should be $6 for the extra space ($1 for the server move, $5 for space), but I'll give it to you once I can get this account moved. Moving...

That's what I and several clients whose sites I host all do. Gmail in some cases does need you to check spam and "Not spam" the messages the first few times, but after that it'll deliver them to your inbox without issue.

Unblocked. It was for failed SFTP logins. Check the username and password in your FTP client.

As you've discovered, that message means we're banne by Microsoft. We are no longer working on this issue since Microsoft responded saying they will not unban us. Whether they ever decide to down the road is something only they know. For now, the dedicated IP omarion4 mentions is the only solution to that message. Note that the $12 is a yearly cost, not a one time purchase. Our provider charges us $1/month for an IP address.

Let's see what Krydos says about this. You're the first I know of to need this. Most of our users likely don't even know what DKIM is...
