Your issue is your .htaccess files as expected. The one in your document root has a forced redirect to index.php that prevents the assets from loading, and the one in the assets folder is invalid, causing a 500 error on the assets once the redirect was removed. I renamed both files to htaccess.old so they're ignored, and your site now seems to function correctly. EDIT: @Krydos: You posted while I was looking at it. It's actually 2 htaccess files. I just renamed them for him and it does indeed now work correctly.

No, and we have no timeline for when they will be. If I had to guess, it'll be a few months most likely. We have to get and install the new hardware from the fundraiser before they'll be reopened.

Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.

Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...

You're on Johnny...performance like this is normal for Johnny. Johnny is meant for experimenting, and is not intended for fast and stable production-grade hosting. You need to move to Ricky or Tommy if you need fast and reliable service. Ricky is free to use, but requires you delete your account and sign up again. Registration for Ricky opens at midnight UTC each day and fills quickly. Tommy currently requires a donation, but once you donate, we can just move your existing Johnny account with no configuration needed on your part. Both servers also offer free SSL and several additional versions of PHP to choose from. Tommy offers Java and ASP.NET support like Johnny if you need that.

[Solved] Site on Tommy not opening/accessible
wolstech replied to webdevsemo's topic in Customer Service
So, you're on Tommy, so you don't even need CloudFlare for SSL. We provide free SSL certificates on that server, so every site gets SSL with no effort. You do have a forced redirect in .htaccess though, which will break the domain verification. Comodo provides our certs, and their server has to be able to access the .well-known folder in your public_html folder over plain HTTP to validate the domain. You need to either remove that WordPress redirect, or add an exception for the .well-known folder to it. For now, you can rename that .htaccess file so its ignored, change the name servers to HelioHost, and let me know it's been done. If the SSL certificate isn't already valid, I'll run the AutoSSL on your account for you. -
We're aware. InnoDB on Johnny is damaged. We recommend MyISAM for exactly this reason...InnoDB breaks way too easily (we've lost an entire server's worth of InnoDB data numerous times, but have never lost a MyISAM table in our 10+ years in operation). For now, the only thing you can (and should) do is back up your data while it's accessible. The failure was caused by the servers being improperly shut down due to a power outage at HE the other day. The entire data center went down, not just us. When we attempt to repair it, it's quite likely that some or all of the data will be lost, so there's a good chance you'll need the backups to get your site working again.

Johnny is known for issues with addon domain installation due to load. Try creating the subdomain anjaliheritage.anjali.heliohost.org and see if the domain appears in your addon domain list after that. If so, wait 12 hours and it'll work. If not, we'll need to clean up the DNS entries for you.

You're on Ricky, which is the only server that doesn't have Java, so you can't deploy a War. You need to move to one of the other servers: Johnny offers Java, but the wait is several months for it to activate. Once active an admin has to deploy the war.Tommy requires a donation, but the wait for Java is only about a day. Once active you can deploy the War yourself through cPanel.

I'm willing to bet the issue with that error is either cross-domain scripting, or he has the map object configured for the painel.heliohost.org site. A lot of Google services require you specify the domain where the object will be used... But yeah, as with Krydos, I can't access that page to test it unless you provide the credentials needed.

[Solved] Site on Tommy not opening/accessible
wolstech replied to webdevsemo's topic in Customer Service
Your SSL is broken. Turn off the forced SSL and it'll probably work. Because you're using CloudFlare, I can't really troubleshoot it. Easiest first step is to rename htaccess if you have a forced SSL redirect in there. Issues like this are why I personally don't force SSL on the home page of my websites...I only enforce it on pages where sensitive information is transmitted (e.g. login forms). If you can't get it to work, the next step is to eliminate cloudflare and change your name servers back. Your account looks good to me, but without having your NS set directly to us, there's no way for me test. -
You can add an A or CNAME that would point to an external server, but we don't support subdomain delegation with NS records, which is what you want to do (very few places support this actually, when you do find it, it's often either a registrar or dedicated dns provider who has it). You need to either use cloudflare (which sometimes causes other problems), or just use a regular domain like whatsnew-content.cf instead (easiest).
-
You need to select "custom name servers" or "use my own dns" and enter them in there. It's been a while since I've used Freenom, but we have thousands of their domains hosted here, so I know the option is there.

That account got suspended during a bulk phishing cleanup I did this morning. It very closely resembles an account that was actually phishing (username and IP address are nearly identical to a Mobile Legends phishing site). I actually checked account content and don't see any phishing files on your account, and we haven't received any reports for the account. The domain and index.html do content suggest dubious content might be offered on the site. Please be advised that discussing illegal activity, offering hacking tools, and similar topics are NOT permitted and will result in a permanent ban. Also, be aware that we do not offer email services to users in your country. Since there's nothing on there that's illegal right now, you've been unsuspended. Finally, your DNS is incorrect on your domain. Please delete the A and CNAME records and add NS records pointed to NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org if you want that domain to function correctly. https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=fsc-cyberteam.tk&rec=ALL

Unblocked. It may take up to 10 minutes to take effect. You were blocked for failed FTP logins. Make sure your password is correct in the FTP client, and that you're using the recommended settings (if your account is on Johnny, FTP over TLS is not supported).

The donation is required to get an account on Tommy at all. When you donate, you get sent a link to create an account on the server. The regular signup page just says the server is always full for the day. We used to offer free accounts on that server, but we had to stop doing so due to lack of disk space. They'll be offered again in the future once that new storage hardware we had the fundraiser for is installed. Ricky is still free though. Sign ups for that server open every day at midnight UTC and fill quickly.

[Solved] Is Tommy Down? What Happened To My Account's Myhelioservlet?
wolstech replied to Amoss's topic in Escalated Requests
Source: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/java/index.live.php Having java enabled on an account raises the server load and memory usage regardless of whether the servlet is getting any traffic. If you don't use the java it is removed to make room for other people who are actually using it. He had a WAR deployed that's receiving traffic...if that doesn't count as using Java, what does? -
If you're deleting your account to move to Tommy you can just make a donation and we'll move your existing account for you. To add to this, there is also no way to move to Tommy for free at this time, so deleting your account will just cause more work for you. A donation is currently required for Tommy, so the only difference is whether you get an invite and new account, or have the existing account moved.
-
I noticed you also created additional accounts. Please be aware that our Terms of Service only allows you to have one account. I've suspended the new account you tried to create today, as well as tppsocia and tppnow. Please do not create additional accounts or all of your accounts will be suspended.

The malware I'm referring to would be on your PC, not the website. If the website was infected, all of us would be seeing it. Try another device and even another internet connection (e.g. cell phone on data plan) and see if it helps. The dummy WP install you put in there is working fine for me and Bailey.

That account cannot be restored because it's on Tommy and was deleted for disk space. An invite has been sent to your registered email address so you can create a new account. We apologize for the inconvenience. @Byron: Tommy accounts became unrestorable when the second disk died around new years and we needed the space. The only fix for these is to delete them from ACP and send an invite.

Your URLs are incorrect. It's http://pikhee.heliohost.org/content.htm The slash goes after the .org and before the file names. I renamed your .htaccess file in public_html so it's ignored and that fixes it. Your .htaccess file is just invalid.

[Solved] Is Tommy Down? What Happened To My Account's Myhelioservlet?
wolstech replied to Amoss's topic in Escalated Requests
You've met your requirements...your login date is current, and you're actually using the Java (deployed WAR), so not sure why this happened. If it happens again, Krydos will need to take a deeper look. To verify, I just checked and your login date is yesterday, so the soonest you could go inactive is March 21, and that's if you don't log in at all between now and then.
