  1. That account is suspended for Phishing. For security reasons, phishing accounts cannot be unsuspended, backed up, or deleted. You will need to create a new account and restore any backup you may have. Please be aware that you will not be able to reuse any domains on your suspended account, and will need to pick a new username. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  2. For reference, now that a report came in for it, you were the bank phishing I removed yesterday... https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/30705-hh-63963-phishing-report/
  3. PHP versions are not completely compatible with each other, and software is usually only designed for specific versions. PHP is one of those things where newer is not always better. Use a version specified as compatible by the software documentation. Also, does the documentation say what sql extension is required?
  4. You're suspended for creating 15 accounts. You're allowed only one. The account deserrano has been unsuspended.
  5. You were blocked again because we continued to receive invalid password attempts from your IP. Please reset your password. Unblocked again.
  6. It depends. We can usually we can release the domain so you can reuse it if this was an unintentional ban (i.e. someone hacked your site and put phishing up, which is sadly more common than you'd think). I'll have our root admin Krydos take a look at this account again to see if it's appropriate to release the domain for reuse. I can't view the content once I ban it, and I removed about 15 sites yesterday, so I don't remember what exactly I found on yours. Escalating.
  7. Unblocked. It was for failed SFTP logins, so please be sure your client setting are correct.
  8. Weird...I tried to renew it for you and it said it wasn't inactive despite showing inactive in our system. The account in question has been manually unsuspended.
  9. The MySQL access you can do yourself in cPanel. There's a page specifically for remote MySQL access. Krydos will set up the remote Postgres when he sees this.
  10. You can't deploy a war because that account doesn't have Java on it. You need to request it in cPanel first, then wait for it to become active. Be aware that the wait for Java on Johnny is extremely long (months last time I checked). If you don't wish to wait, you'll need to move to Tommy where the wait is usually just a few hours.

  12. To be straight to the point, you can’t. We don’t offer ssh for security reasons. We can often suggest an alternative or run things for you if needed though. As Krydos said, what are you trying to do?
  13. Can you get an export of the database itself? If your old host has phpmyadmin, use that to export the database to a file. Then, download that file, as well as everything in your htdocs folder. Upload the files from htdocs to your public_html folder. Then go into cpanel and create a database (easiest is to use the mysql database wizard so it creates and assigns the user as well, be sure to grant all permissions, and of course make note of the password). After that, go into phpmyadmin here and import the database file into the new database you made. After that, it's a matter of editing the forum software's configuration file to use the new database. That varies by program, but the last time I used phpbb, it was config.php. The database host will be localhost, the database username, password, and name will be the values you picked when you created the database with the wizard.
  14. Yes. Unlike MySQL, there's no way to do it yourself for postgres.
  15. You'll need to add the remote IP address (or a % for any IP) under the "Remote MySQL" page in cPanel. After that, you use the DB Username and Password you chose, and the hostname is ricky.heliohost.org.
  16. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  17. 1. Make a new topic about that since Krydos has to do that. I'm not sure whether this is something that will be approved. I do know that it's been done before though. 2. Yes you can. https://freenom.com/ 3. When you register the domain, it will ask about the DNS settings. Select "Custom DNS" or "Use my own DNS" and enter the nameservers in the fields. You can leave the IP address fields blank if it asks for them. If you don't do it during domain registration, you can do it on freenom's website afterwards.

The subdomain step is why addon domains typically fail on johnny. The addon domain itself succeeds, but the subdomain part times out. If the user creates the missing subdomain manually, it fixes the addon domain. The server is kind of silly in that regard, because it actually creates the addon domain and parks it to a nonexistent subdomain, then creates the subdomain second (and fails during this step).
  19. No it's not. It'd only be phishing if you ask for private information for a service that isn't yours. A search box would never be phishing because searches are not private.
