  1. This post will do. Moving so Krydos can enable it for you.
  2. Did you request ASP.NET support? It has to be turned on for your account before it'll work.
  3. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit https://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
  4. It actually doesn't work right for me...I'm getting emails with the wrong FROM and REPLY-TO set in them. They arrive from whichever domain I access the script from, not the domain that I have coded in the file. Gmail account being used, and the ones from rax2.heliohost.org go to Spam as well... You can upload the pictures to imgur.com and post the links.
  5. MySQL over SSL is not supported. We tried to make it work a while back when someone else asked about this, and ultimately we discovered that it was not compatible with something (I believe it was cPanel itself...)
  6. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
  7. That's odd...the server is indeed setting the "FROM" and REPLY-TO based on the domain you use to access the page that sent the mail, not the headers you specify... Try sending yourself something using http://si3.raxsoft.com/mailtest.php and it will arrive from si3.raxsoft.com despite my headers being set to raxsoft.com. The same script accessed here sends email that arrives from rax2.heliohost.org: http://rax2.heliohost.org/si3/mailtest.php (same exact script as above, it ignores my FROM and REPLY-TO headers that are set to raxsoft.com/ ). Please ignore the PHP warning when you submit the test script, it's because I didn't configure the classloader right, it's unimportant for our testing. Escalating.
  8. Did it use InnoDB for the storage engine? If so, it's possible they were lost during the migration due to the InnoDB damage on Johnny. If they were MyISAM engine, Krydos would need to take a look at it to find out where they went.
  9. The emails always come from tommy.heliohost.org. Many mail providers will honor the "From" headers you set, but some of them no longer do to help stop abuse. I'd check your code and/or the help for the mail provider you're sending mail to. I just sent myself a test email from Tommy and it arrived to a Gmail mailbox just fine. It showed as being from my custom headers (noreply@raxsoft.com), not from Tommy.
  10. Trying this again because it failed due to high load...
  11. You've been moved to Ricky. It may take up to 2 hours for the domains to start working. Also, I don't believe you used them, but if you had Java or ASP.NET on your account, these features have been removed since they are not offered on Ricky.
  12. Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...
  13. That URL should work just fine for logins. The important part is to make sure when you log in, that the page you end up on does not end in .html (we can't run scripts on those pages to count the login). The one you posted, and https://heliohost.org/login/ (which likes to fail if the load is spiking) are the only 2 officially supported ways to log in. Our system doesn't say why it didn't count, so I can't really provide further information. All I can see is the last time you logged in. If you want, log in again in a few days and let me know you did, and I'll see if it counted for you.
  14. @Byron: There's no g in the username. His forum username is correct, not the one in the post. I'd do the transfer but I'm not at a PC at the moment...
  15. This is intentionally limited to 6 to prevent the MySQL server from becoming overloaded and cannot be increased. If your scripts are properly coded, there should never be a need for 50 concurrent connections anyway.
  16. That account cannot be restored because it was deleted for disk space. An invitation has been sent to the email address on file for the account so you can create a new one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  17. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.<br /><br />If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator
  18. Deployed. http://bfpsw.heliohost.org/JAW/
  19. It broke again. It turns out that every account on the server is showing suspended. The server's got something wrong with it. We're working on it.
  20. There's a problem with the server. Every account on Ricky is showing suspended right now...they're not actually suspended. We're working on it.
  21. Yep, now showing a suspended page even though it's not suspended...
  22. @Krydos: The hosting account for the user above me is saictmaw. That one is not acting like its suspended for me...I get a redirect to ricky.heliohost.org:2078 followed by a password prompt.
  23. We're going to leave this suspended so I can have Krydos look at it. Moving. @Luigi and others: Please don't fix this one. Krydos is going to dig into what's going on with these to cause them to erroneously suspend.
  24. @jeer: To clarify, this is a server malfunction, it wasn't caused by anything on your part. The account didn't even say it was suspended in the admin tools despite showing a suspended page.
