I wonder if cygwin would run in wine...? Let's just put Cygwin in wine that runs on Linux subsystem for Windows, then put the Windows install in a VM that's running on top of Linux that's itself in a VM on an ESXi server that's installed inside Hyper-V and we'll be good.

That's normal. Suspended or inactive accounts lose Java and get sent to the back of the line so people who are actively using their account and waiting in line can get Java. We no longer offer free Tommy accounts because the server is low on disk space. Please be aware there is a wait for Java on Tommy too, but it's only a few days vs. 4 months on Johnny.

It's specifically how WordPress is designed that causes this. We're not the only host with WP issues; in fact, some web hosts have banned WordPress entirely. We do not recommend WordPress because it is bloated and severely insecure. There are plenty of other faster and more secure CMSes available. Joomla tends to be decent for instance (we used it ourselves for 10 years). Performance issues with WP are caused by installing too many plugins or malware (very easy to get with WordPress) though. Try removing a bunch of extensions.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. This is caused by your website's software not working properly, not the server. You'll need to fix or replace your software. Are you using WordPress by chance (it's well known for being extremely slow and insecure)?

It just runs out of space. If you manage to go over and stay that way (e.g. making backups will let you go over, I think MySQL databases can grow past the limits too), you can get suspended for exceeding your quota.

Make sure they're set to 644. The file permissions default to 664 and must be changed to 644 in order to work. Folders should be 755.

Once you've done that, go into cpanel, select Aliases, and add the domain to the list. This will make the domain show the same content as dropprob.heliohost.org. If you want different content, put it under Addon domains instead of Aliases.

Please go into the subdomains section of cPanel, and create bustchange.rockunit.heliohost.org as a subdomain. Once you create it, go to the addon domains section of cPanel and verify it shows up in the list. If it does, wait the 12 hours and clear your cache. If it does not, please let me know and I'll have it investigated further.

Ah that bug. That's a known issue on Johnny. Please post the uncensored messages with the actual domains showing. We need them in order to give you the correct subdomain to create to fix it.

Still missing on my end. https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ has them, but https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/ does not. Also, please correct the Bitcoin address on those pages. It's case sensitive and the letter case is wrong (it appears the forum munged it with that "Format text" option we've since turned off). I've updated it in the title and body of this topic (the one in the barcode is correct, I scanned it and edited in the correct version).

It's because a bunch of capital letters got lowercased by accident...I just tried and my Coinbase account refuses it too. Try 1Q53Yrkodojr9WGTUULJAgY8hZzMAeFpvr instead (and make sure you don't copy the space at the end...double clicking it to copy it on the forum adds a single space character to the end for some reason). It's the same address but the capital letters are fixed. This is the value that's in the barcode. The forum attempts to prevent CAPS LOCK ACCIDENTS so it lowercased half the letters. Be aware of the roughly $18 network fee...I'd recommend donating in XMR, ETN, or AEON instead if you can, since the fees are much lower on all of those.
