  1. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit https://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache. Please note that we are currently experiencing excess load on Johnny. If you have trouble renewing your account, please try again later.
  2. It's due to the high load, and the fact that Johnny was also blacklisted by many providers last time I checked because he's also regularly abused to send phishing email and spam. Johnny is really a terrible server to be on if you want our service to work as intended. I just tried to reset your password on my end and it timed out. I'll reset it and email you a password as soon as I can get the thing to reset for me. Ricky and Tommy work properly because we restrict the number of users and resource usage on those servers (which also helps with phishing/spam prevention). We allowed Johnny to intentionally become overloaded because many users expressed frustration at not being able to sign up at all. I personally would suggest deleting your account and trying to get a Ricky account at midnight. You'll have a better experience. You can see see all the load and downtime on Johnny vs our other servers here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  3. Can we get these added to the https://www.heliohost.org/donate/other/ page?
  4. For international users: https://www.heliohost.org/donate/other/ Please note that we currently do not accept plain debit (ATM) cards, or any other cards that do not have a Visa / MasterCard / Amex / Discover logo (such as India's RuPay card). We also accept crypto (Bitcoin, Aeon, or Electroneum). See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/30832-1q53yrkodojr9wgtuuljagy8hzzmaefpvr/ If you don't have any crypto, you can also mine for us with your PC instead:https://www.heliohost.org/heliomine/ Minimum donation is $1 USD, otherwise we lose it all in fees.
  5. Free domains are available, but they are sub domains that must end in .heliohost.org. Free regular domains are limited to a few TLDs (.ml, .cf, .tk) and can be had from Freenom, though we don't recommend them (that company is known for cancelling free domains that get too much traffic then demands money to get them back). Regular .org domains like yours are NOT free and must be purchased through a domain registrar. We recommend namecheap: http://heliohost.org/partners/namecheap Once purchased, they can be hosted here for free without any additional cost for the hosting services.
  6. Go into cPanel, select "Java" in the software section, and there should be a form on that page to deploy it.
  7. Could be. I have no way of knowing until Krydos lets us know what's wrong with it. It's also entirely possible it just needs to be redeployed.
  8. For additional FTP accounts on Johnny, you need to use johnny.heliohost.org as the hostname, and connection type is Plain FTP (insecure) on port 21, and the username will be suffixed @ cpanel username. (ftpusername@steenber.heliohost.org). FTPS (FTP over explicit TLS) is not supported on Johnny, and SFTP will only accept your cPanel account credentials. Unblocked again.
  9. https://www.heliohost.org/reset/ If that doesn't work, try https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/resetpass?start=1 instead.
  10. That's odd...especially it breaking and fixing itself. Java Wars should not undeploy themselves unless you lose Java (inactivity or suspension causes that). I see the Tomcat 404 in your root, so you definitely have Java enabled. Escalating so Krydos can look at this.
  11. If you don't want all the stuff after the domain name, rename wedding.php to index.php, then add gaya3in1weddings.tk as an Addon Domain, using the "weddings" folder as it's doc root. This will make http://gaya3in1weddings.tk/ and http://www.gaya3in1.heliohost.org/weddings/ show the same content.
  12. You need to install a valid SSL certificate and wait up to 12 hours for it to work. This is the recommended method for Johnny: http://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let%27s_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate You'll probably also need to modify your Wordpress settings to use the secure version once it's working. Johnny doesn't include automatic SSL certificates, only the other 2 servers do that.
  13. @Bailey: Java is weird. Files don't necessarily need to exist where you'd expect because of Tomcat. A 404 is expected when there's nothing deployed in that virtual folder. @Amoss: Did you deploy a new WAR with a different name? If you did, it removes the old one during that process. You can only have one WAR at a time.
  14. @Byron: I restarted Apache around 6:15a EST and it seems to have fixed it. It's indeed loading fine now.
  15. Unblocked. It was for failed FTP logins, so you should check you FTP settings.
  16. You may need to clear your cache if you still see the suspended page.
  17. You're the second one now that I can't unsuspend on Ricky. It says you're not suspended, and manually suspending and unsuspending it doesn't help. Escalating.
  18. If you can't code, Joomla and Drupal are two alternatives to Wordpress that are decent. I run an older Joomla site for someone and have had very few issues with it. Pretty much anything that's not Wordpress will be an improvement.
  19. That's bizarre. It's says you're not suspended but your site is showing a suspended page. Manually suspending and unsuspending it didn't help either. Escalating...
  20. We've been having some issues with spam and phishing mail being sent from Johnny lately. Thank you for reporting this. Escalating.
  21. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
