  1. That account cannot be unarchived because it was on Johnny which has failed. Please download the archive from https://heliohost.org/backup/ and sign up again.
  2. That would be up to Krydos, but once we know the other end can't be reconfigured, we usually are able to open these.
  3. The user page for flazepe and all of its revisions have been removed.
  4. The account sdkwgn has been cleaned up.
  5. What domain needs to be removed?
  6. The account admshop has been cleaned up and a Tommy invite has been sent.
  7. I'll send this in an hour or so when I'm at a pc.
  8. I didn't remove it because I'm on an iPad at the moment and can't.

    Hi

More than likely it's either stale cache or misconfigured DNS. What domain is having the problem?
  10. We don't support mongodb. We only offer MySQL and Postgres. If you're running the mongo server externally, our firewall will prevent the connection unless it's been explicitly requested that the port opened. Please note that we generally try to avoid opening ports, so changing the database server's port is the preferred solution as opposed to us changing our firewall configuration.
  11. Not sure whether the wildcard ceritificate will work or not (you can try), but I do know you have to add the subdomains to cpanel one by one, then install the certificate for each of them. Adding the subdomain to cpanel does certain things in the Apache configuration that are required for the subdomains to work properly.
  12. The DNS entries for serra19.tk have been cleaned up.
  13. The account bfpsw has been cleaned up.
  14. All of these issues are due to you trying to use SSL. cPanel can't handle SSL with wildcard subdomain DNS. The only solutions are these: Add each subdomain you create to cPanel, then let it install a valid certificate via AutoSSL which should happen within 24 hours (this isn't compatible with forced HTTPS unless you add an exception for the .well-known folder so that folder can be accessed over plain HTTP).Just use plain HTTP for everything.
  15. That account cannot be restored because it was deleted for disk space. An invitation has been sent so you can create a new account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  16. Hm...odd. It's only the ones you had installed that are broken? Lets see if Krydos can take another look at this.
  17. Let's get this set up for you. Moving so Krydos will see it.
  18. He will not be able to reuse the domain though until it's removed from the Johnny account (I can't do that at the moment since I'm on mobile...)
  19. That account cannot be unarchived because it's on Johnny, which has failed. The archive can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/ if you wish to retrieve your data. More information on the failed server can be found in the recent posts in the News section: https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ Also, since your account is archived, it is possible to request an account move and have it unarchived on a different server. Please be aware that account moves are limited to donors. If you wish to go this route, please donate and post the transaction ID here, and we'll restore the account on Tommy for you. The minimum donation is $1, however more is appreciated if possible during these times, as without Johnny functioning, we don't come close to covering our monthly bills (the ads shown to the tons of users signing up for and using Johnny is a significant chunk of our monthly revenue).

    Hi

Depends which one. For forum users, an admin needs to change it. For hosting accounts, you can't (you'd need to delete your account and sign up again).
  21. The Johnny server has failed. Please see https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ for more information.
  22. No it's not, but we have been copying that response into nearly every post about Johnny lately because the majority is still unaware that the server failed. You can't reuse the email address or username without assistance. What is the account username, and what are the domains on that account that you need freed up?
  23. That's because you do. I had to do the same thing when I started here 7 years ago (though it was midnight PDT back then). I think just about all of us who've been here a while have had to do this at some point. Ricky usually lasts between 10 minutes and an hour every day, starting at midnight UTC (which I assume for you is 3AM). Johnny is dead but allows unlimited signups when he works. Tommy fills in about 10 seconds due to demand.
  24. Thanks! Today is in fact my birthday. Also, I've gone ahead and renamed your forum profile back for you. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  25. The invite is probably no good if you tried to use it previously and found your username wasn't free. I've sent you a new invite.
