  1. We have a limit of 50/day, which is why you're suspended. You've been unsuspended, though the server's being a bit slow to show that at the moment. If you see a suspended page, you should be able to wait an hour and clear your cache. If you need the limit raised, please explain why you need to send so many emails, and provide an example of what's being sent (note that we do not allow promotional/advertising emails of any kind), and we can consider raising your limit.
  2. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
  3. Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...
  4. Stock cPanel does not support it because it does not send the required headers or use the correct cipher suite by default. It can however be made to work apparently: https://kris.io/2015/12/11/getting-an-a-on-ssl-labs-test-in-5-minutes-on-cpanel/ It looks like it may actually enable it for all domains since it uses the global include file. Lets see if Krydos can set this up.
  5. The account cridus10 still exists, but it appears he changed his main domain to http://ds3cheatersblocker.heliohost.org/ He also no longer has Java enabled.
  6. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
  7. That account was actually on Tommy and cannot be restored because it was deleted for disk space. An invitation for a replacement account has been sent to the email address on file. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  8. It's on Johnny and has a 1 on the end of the username... Unarchiving...
  9. Security issues are usually caused by the software you're running, not by the hosting server. The answer to this will vary, but provided you're not using easily guessed passwords and have up to date software installed, you should be fine.
  10. It depends, and there's several reasons the numbers could decrease. For one thing, that scoreboard is very buggy. Also, the Electroneum numbers are no longer updating since I turned off the server for ETN due to the Electroneum coin network being severely overloaded due to ASIC mining abuse. And of course, Electroneum lost much of it's value (went from $0.12 when we started to $0.02 now). I've moved all the miners over to Aeon, which is much more profitable right now. Bailey didn't realize I was even mining two coins, so his scoreboard currently doesn't reflect Aeon. As for way the numbers shown could actually decrease...a PC's stats are deleted from the system when the user uninstalls, so once uninstalled, it's like they never mined to begin with. The coins themselves are still there though (we don't just throw money away). The result of an uninstall is that everyone else's coins earned will rise slightly as the coins are redistributed across the other users.
  11. Quota has been restored. Do you want me to merge the forum accounts so these posts belong to jptiger now (the forum account kjwed will cease to exist, you'll log into the forums as jptiger if I do this)?
  12. If it should rewrite the URLs of the entire main domain, then yes. Otherwise put it in whatever folder you picked as the domain root.
  13. I'm not sure what's up with this. I see 17MB of stuff in your account...and that includes the trash. Krydos will need to look at this.
  14. Nope. cPanel/EasyApache actually does the build for PHP I believe...they apparently use the redhat configurations even when running on CentOS Straight from WHM (yes we know it's outdated, we avoid updating whenever we can because all the custom stuff breaks every time we do): CENTOS 7.4 x86_64 vmware – tommy cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 36)
  15. Unblocked. It may take up to 10 minutes to be effective.
  16. To my knowledge, our instances of Python don't generate any error logs accessible by users. Usually though, it's not a Python issue anyway. Most issues are caused by incorrect shebang line, failure to use the cgi-bin folder (obviously not the issue here), permissions, or line endings (make sure your file has unix line endings)
  17. The disk space limit is the big reason we forbid multiple accounts. Since you're fine with not getting the space, what email address do you want the account under since the one you donated from is already used (or would you rather me move the Ricky account, in which case please let me know the username)? I'll reduce the space quota for your existing account to 500MB, and once you make the second one (or I move the Ricky account), I'll make that one 500MB as well.
  18. That account works fine. Please clear your cache.
  19. Nothing you did. It's our anti-DOS protection being hypersensitive due to an ongoing attack. It'll just happen from time to time until this attack is over unfortunately. Unblocked
  20. I'm guessing you're in a country that censors the internet? We used to have an IP that users in such countries could be assigned to so their sites would work. Not sure if we still do. Krydos would know. Moving so he looks at this again for you.
  21. My first step in troubleshooting it would've been to flush the DNS cache and rename the index.php and .htaccess file. 99% of the time that fixes it (it's usually either stale DNS or misconfigured software that causes those loops).
  22. Try clearing your cache. If the admin page works, it's done being set up and you're seeing stale browser cache.
  23. I wasn't the one who suspended this one, so I don't know what got it banned for phishing. I'll let Krydos take a look if he wants, but generally a phishing ban means you lose your data too. We don't want to accidentally give a criminal their stolen information.
