  1. Unarchived.
  2. Usually it means your code is broken and wouldn't start. Krydos can get the logs for you so you can figure out what happened.
  3. Quota for account life2 has been increased. Thank you for the donation.
  4. It's related to how you have the software for your website configured. The software is likely configured to expect the .in domain and no folder in the path, so using the heliohost.org subdomain and having the subfolder in the path breaks it. It's quite common for a site to not work correctly when accessed like this. Simply access it as it's intended and you're good. You might want to toss an index file in the root of public html that redirects to the correct domain, even if only so the directory listing isn't visible.
  5. I got the forwarded email receipt and an invite has been sent to the comcast address. When you send us an email, the system replies to it with a confirmation and links to view on the forum, this is normal. When you reply to our responses, make sure you don't alter the subject line. Attachments are discarded upon delivery and HTML messages will not render correctly, so please include all content in the body of the email in plain text only. Since you have trouble with the email support, I would encourage you to join our forums for a better experience (our email support is just a forum bot anyway, your emails arrive and are treated as forum posts on our end). When you set up your Tommy account, you'll get a forum account automatically with the same username and password as the hosting account. If you want to create a forum account manually for some reason, you can do so here: https://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=register
  6. PHP script is almost as easy and the same goal can be accomplished in a few lines (<10) of code. I'd personally go that route first simply because that method is going to be nearly universally supported. The MySQL method you're proposing should work here, but it won't work on many other web hosts (pretty much all hosts that have the DB servers on a different server from your homedir).
  7. That's why...GFM donation. I'm surprised it still accepted your donation. That GFM was a fundraiser that ended last year. It requires manual verification and invite, and there's only have one person (Krydos) who can do it. The normal paypal link at heliohost.org/tommy/ is the only one that sends an invite on its own. Since you've had enough issues, I'll invite you now to speed things up and let Krydos verify this when he sees it. We can always suspend you if there's an issue with the donation (which I doubt since you have the receipt). Invite has been sent to your comcast address since that's what is on the receipt.
  8. Please clear your cache. SSL on that domain works fine for me. As for that link, yeah, we upgraded the wiki and all the documentation links broke.
  9. Also, can you provide the transaction ID for the donation?
  10. This account has been moved to Tommy. Thank you for the donation If you see a queued page or 404 error, please clear your cache. In some cases, it may take a few hours for DNS to fully update. It might also take a few hours before AutoSSL will get certificates for SSL.
  11. The validation email for that address has been removed. The issue sounds like it might be your computer though...it's as if it isn't passing the correct data back when you click the link. When you click the link in the validation email, it's supposed to go directly to the server comparison/selection page. At the server select page, if you did it now, you should get stuck because all the free slots are full until midnight (there won't be any button to proceed on the server select page by design, the "full" messages under each server become a button when not full). The invites work just like a validation, but with the server pre-selected so you don't need to worry about them being full.
  12. I don't see anything in our system for the gs***@core.com email address beyond a few email validations that you couldn't receive. You mentioned you tried with two email addresses though, which other ones do you need us to check on? Also, please keep in mind that if you can't receive the free validation emails at the email address you plan to use on your donation, you won't get the invite either. Invites are sent by the same system as the validations. Worst case, we can manually invite you at a different email address if you don't receive it. If that happens, send us the transaction ID and the email where you want it sent and we'll get it taken care of for you. Gmail and yahoo tend to be the most popular email providers we see, and both can definitely receive our invites (though gmail often puts them in your Spam folder...).
  13. Done. Thank you for the donation If you see a queued page or 404 error, please clear your cache and flush the DNS resolver on your computer. In some cases, it may take a few hours for your site to be visible since the IP address has changed.
  14. Moving now
  15. It depends which one he's using. AngularJS looks like a plain old JavaScript library to me: https://angularjs.org/ There's also plain Angular, which is newer and uses node.js: https://angular.io/guide/setup-local
  16. Sure. Download the files from your existing host using whatever means they provide (most control panels have a file manager for instance), then use an FTP client on your computer to connect to us and upload them again.
  17. An email did send for that address, not sure why you didn't receive it. It's worth noting that it was sent while signups were full, so even if it had arrived, you wouldn't have been able to actually complete signup. You have to sign up right after midnight UTC when registration is open (it fills quickly, our production-grade server Tommy fills in seconds, the slower servers usually fill in an hour or so) in order to actually get an account.
  18. Krydos might be able to do this.
  19. There's no need to change the main domain until you're ready to move your real domain to us. For now, just use http://life.heliohost.org/stroke/ to see your website until everything is working. Your new copy of your site should be at that location, however the software is broken (500 error). Check to make sure the permissions are set to 644 on the files in the ~/public_html/stroke/ folder, make sure the database is configured correctly, and rename the .htaccess file to anything that's not .htaccess so its ignored. That should help clear up the 500 error.
  20. Please post on the forums as directed in the previous response. Your email client is sending messages that don't have a body to them, so they're completely blank on our end other than the subject. Also, our support system does not accept HTML, attachments, or other non-text content like embedded images.
  21. You can just use life.heliohost.org if you want. I just used that domain as an example. It doesn't matter terribly much since it's not the final domain, what matters is that it resolves publicly, which (anything).heliohost.org will do. I didn't look at your account beforehand and assumed your real domain (the .in domain) was your main domain which won't work until you change the name servers.
  22. It has a phishing site on it that the hacker put there, so yes it's hacked. WP itself is massively insecure and must be kept updated at all times. Also, many "free" Wordpress themes from questionable sites are free because they have a backdoor in them. The hacker then uses the backdoor to set up phishing, send spam, or host malware on your account, all of which make the criminals tons of money off the unsuspecting public when it works correctly. The best solution is to not use WP at all. The second best solution is to keep everything up to date, use as few themes and extensions as possible, and and avoid using extensions and themes from random websites.
  23. Unarchived. It may take up to 2 hours to work.
