Make sure you use the full username for it ftpname@domain.heliohost.org. That's the most common issue I've seen. Also, be sure you're using plain unsecured FTP on port 21 to connect. Additional FTP accounts do not support SFTP, and we do not support FTP over TLS at all.

First, you're violating our Terms of Service by having two accounts. You're only allowed to have one. Which of these two do you want restored (the Tommy account is a better choice in terms of performance)? The one you decide not to restore will be deleted.

You got suspended again almost immediately. I just did some research into the account, and the bad news is it appears your account was hacked and used for Phishing. Not only did it send a large quantity of phishing email, there's also a Chase bank phishing website hosted on it. An invite has been sent for a replacement account. One of the undeliverable errors for a failed phishing email is copied below as an example. Be aware that Tommy usually fills for the day within 10 seconds of midnight, making it nearly impossible to get for free. I never actually deleted that account...I was going to let it expire on its own, which is the normal protocol for unwanted multiple accounts. I've actually deleted it now. Give it an hour then try adding them.

Our firewall does a pretty good job at suppressing smaller DoS attacks, but a side effect is that software that opens tons of connections to a single IP can end up blocked as a false positive. Since nothing has changed on our end or his end, odds are that it's either: our firewall blocked the connections to APIs he was using, or the service he was using has blocked our server for abuse. (Both have been known to happen in the past).

First, request Java and wait for it to be enabled. You can do that in cPanel under the "Software" section using the Java option. Be aware that the "wait for it to be enabled" is currently about 6 weeks (if you need it sooner, you will need to move to Tommy where the wait is only 2 days). Once enabled, there will be a form on the request page that lets you deploy a WAR file. Alternately, you can upload a folder plain JSP files to public_html and run them.

This issue was caused by having the addon domain set up to redirect to itself. I removed the redirection and the domain is now working properly. Please clear your cache. @kippman1: Tommy domains set up in a few minutes, the other servers take up to 2 hours.

Nothing intentionally changed on our end that I'm aware of, but Tommy is experiencing an ongoing DOS attack at the moment. It's quite possible their IPs are currently blocked in our firewall due to excessive traffic from them. I'll check when I'm at a PC...Mobile is difficult to do it with.
