  1. Krydos has to install asp.net again for you. Let's have him to do that...
  2. I think the ssl certificate is compatible if you wanted a real certificate that's not from Comodo/cpanel, but I've never used it. The dns option is NOT compatible with our service (or isn't supported anyway, though it may be possible to make it work, we don't officially support any configuration using a third party dns provider).
  3. The $5/month is preferred for the donation and yes the namecheap link should still be valid.
  4. This server has come back online.
  5. Looks like Ricky just disappeared sometime last night. Can this be looked at? I suspect it might be null routed for failure to remove phishing...I did see two abuse reports with related null route notices last night for it.
  6. Yikes. Whatever you're running is either too heavy for our service, or broken and stuck in an infinite loop. We can unsuspend you, but I want Krydos to identify what caused this before we do so this doesn't happen again.
  7. From the looks of it, you're the same user as https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/34287-account-suspended-due-to-inactivity/ You're only allowed one account.
  8. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.
  9. I just took a deeper look. There's two issues here. First, you're not on Johnny like you thought. You're actually on Tommy and can be unarchived Second, your username is not divyansj, it's just divyans. Unarchiving...
  10. That account cannot be unarchived at this time because it is on Johnny, which is down for extended maintenance. Your account's contents can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup/ . If you wish to continue hosting with us, you can wait until the server is fixed (we have no estimate as to when this will be), sign up again for free when registrations open, or if you're a donor, we can move this account to another server and restore it there for you instead.

  12. HelioHost offers free 1 year registration on domains for users who are active users of our service and productive members of our community To get a domain registered, you must have the following qualifications: 1) You must have been a member of HelioNet for at least three months. 2) You must have at least 400 posts. No Exceptions! For every new domain or domain renewal (domains must be renewed yearly) you request, you must have 400 posts. For instance, you may register a single free domain when you have 400 posts, but you will have to have another 400 posts (for a total of 800 posts) in order to renew it the following year. Similarly, if you want to register a second domain you will need to have at least 800 posts, assuming you haven't yet renewed your first domain. If you have met the above requirements, you may initiate a free domain request here. Make sure that this domain has not been registered yet! To do this, execute a simple WhoIs search for your desired domain. Include the following information in your thread: 1) Your full legal name 2) Your email 3) Your home street address 4) Your city, state/province (if applicable), zip/postal code, and country of residence 5) A daytime phone number where you can be reached, including country code (+1 for the USA) 6) Your organization (if applicable) 7) The domain you want to register. 8) The HelioHost account you want this domain to be pointed to. All the above information is required due to ICANN restrictions. If you are uncomfortable posting this information on our forum, please PM it to a Root Admin and post in this topic letting us know that it has been sent by PM so we can check our PMs for it. Be advised, however, that WHOIS information is public, and anybody can look up your information by running a WHOIS search on your domain.

Your HelioNet account name (again). b. Your Wiki Account name. c. The reason you want Wiki access.
  14. Looks like it's gone. The account does not exist.
  15. Must've worked since the account specified does not exist.
  16. He hasn't really been by lately, so it's quite possible he just hasn't looked at it yet.
  17. Your antivirus blocked the assignments from running and it switched to an obsolete assignment that doesn't work anymore. I reset the assignments. Did you whitelist the assignments folder as instructed in the installer? The instructions are also in the included Antivirus Notice document.
  18. Next time you run it, it should use the GPU. It defaults to XMRIG on Windows systems because most people have Intel crap that can't be used for mining... I just manually switched your PC to the other assignment that will do GPUs. The video card is now reporting as AMD R9 200 series vs. unidentified on linux, so it should produce something the next time you mine. If you're currently mining, close the miner window and restart it. Note that you may see two assignments running now too. I'm not sure if that GPU is going to handle the supplemental assignment or not though.
  19. It's possible there is no flag set and it's just not detecting the card. I forget how the thing works on Linux since I don't normally work with that version. Let us know if you need any further help with it
  20. Ack, I just realized you're using the Linux version...HelioMine on Linux can't use GPUs due to the complexity associated with configuration. They can be made to work, but you'll need to play around with your video drivers and the config files to get it working. I think you might also need to edit the heliomine.sh script to remove the --no-AMD flag from the command line for xmr-stak. The docs for the actual miner should help here: https://github.com/fireice-uk/xmr-stak Krydos developed the Linux version so he would be the one who would know more. I built the Windows version. The Windows version just supports GPUs out of the box.
  21. That sounds about right for a Ryzen 1700. Rebooting before mining sometimes make it faster. That hash rate does not include the GPU. The software should automatically use it if it were available. When the miner starts is there a warning about "AMD backend disabled"? If so. What error is showing? The message will show toward the end when the actual mining assignment initially starts working.
  22. I'm fairly certain the answer is no considering we've generally refused to install optimization plugins in the past, but why not...more than likely he's just going to say "use mod_deflate" though. Escalating.
  23. Those cookies have nothing to do with it, the behavior you're experiencing is intentional and by design. It's a security feature that prevents other people from stealing your session cookies and using them to log in as you. The bad news is that you won't be able to log in at all if your IP address changes too often. This is very common if you access the site over a mobile connection (e.g. cell phone data plan). The fix is to either use a different internet connection (e.g. free wifi or home ISP), or use a VPN/proxy so your IP address doesn't change all the time.
