  1. CPanel and all related functionality was down on Tommy because the server’s /var partition ran out of disk space. Your account should have started working again when that issue was fixed. See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/34480-no-space-left-on-tommy-var/
  2. It’s not you. /var was full again. When /var is full, cPanel stops working and nobody can log in. It should be working again now.
  3. Unsolved. Yeah, looks full again. I think Krydos needs to do a thorough cleaning on it. In the past I think this issue tended to be junk from operations (like old logs) piling up. EDIT just realized this is already fixed. Solved again.
  4. Unblocked. Edit: Really? Two of us unblocked this at the same time...
  5. We'll just do all IPs since they're dynamic. As for postgis, it's supported but Krydos has to add it to each individual database, there's no way for a user to configure that themselves. Lets see if we can get this set up.
  6. Thank you for the donation! Moving...
  7. That account exists and is not suspended. It is worth noting that /var being full does break most websites and completely breaks cPanel. As a result, your account may not function properly until the disk space issues are corrected.
  8. cPanel is down entirely now. Moving so Krydos can fix this.
  9. That account cannot be unarchived because Johnny, the server that you were on, is undergoing maintenance. If you want to unarchive your account yourself for free you can download your backup from https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ create a new account https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ and the restore your backup. If you're a donor https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ and would like an admin to do this for you just let us know the transaction ID of your donation, and the server you would like to be on.
  10. See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/34477-suspended-hh-lafieco/
  11. Reason was high mysql load...that makes sense in this case. The issue with phpmyadmin in your other topic was because your account got suspended from the load. When you get suspended, you lose access to everything, so it booted you out. Please be sure to check your commands before running them. Unsuspended.
  12. You have to either wait until they open (midnight UTC) in order to re-register, or donate to receive an invite for Tommy.
  13. Krydos should be able to schedule those for you externally since they're inside of public_html.
  14. That account is archived due to maintenance. I've edited the email and domain so they can be reused. You should be able to just sign up again now, though you'll need to use a different username. Also, your account's contents are available from https://heliohost.org/backup/ if you need it.
  15. That account does not exist and that domain is not in our system.
  16. There you go: http://mobijewels.heliohost.org/ (the domain mobijewels.com does not point to our name servers, if this domain is yours, you need to change the NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org). Thank you for the donation.
  17. There is likely no reason the 30 minute one is even needed. Assuming the memberships expire based on date, once per day should be more than enough to send these. Be mindful of the 50 email per day limit as well. Too many emails can get you suspended. As for the once an hour job, what is the url to the script? We usually can create an external cron that calls it every hour for you.
  18. That account cannot be unarchived because Johnny, the server that you were on, is undergoing maintenance. 19. You didn't get suspended that I can see (unless it was for inactivity, you would've had to renew your account and also received an email if that was the case). More likely is that your site doesn't get enough traffic so the ASP.NET support got removed for non-use. Java and ASP.NET cause significantly more load than all of the other languages we support. In addition, they cause load simply by being enabled, unlike other languages. This is why we require ASP.NET and Java to be requested, and why we are quick to remove them if a user is suspended or not using them.
  20. If I remember right you were using asp.net...the behavior I'm seeing suggests that support stopped working on your account, which can happen if you get suspended or don't use it (a site with little or no traffic would be considered "not using it"). Let's have Krydos check it out.
