This domain cannot be cleaned up due to a server error. Cody and Ricky say it's already been removed, but it refuses to be removed from Johnny. Lets see if Krydos can do something about this.

The domain merajbd.com has been cleaned up. As for the maintenance page and park error for meraj.xyz, you're seeing that still because you're using an unsupported DNS configuration (looks like CloudFlare based on the IPs I'm getting). Both domains need CloudFlare removed and their NS changed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and they should work. Please be aware that your settings in CF are also no longer valid since most of the entries are specific to the server you're on. You'll need to either manually edit the CF records, or delete your CF zones and recreate them (which copies the working domain zones automatically). Also, I couldn't park your domains for you because I can't find your account.

For security reasons, we are unable to automatically restore full cPanel backups supplied by users. Users can however unpack these backups with a tool such as 7-zip and restore the contents into a new account manually (the homedir folder's contents can just be uploaded to your home folder, the .sql files in the mysql folder can be imported using cPanel->Backup->Restore MySQL Backup, you can run the mysql_grants.sql file from PhpMyAdmin to restore your user associations for your database users, etc.).

Backups are not yet available. There will be an announcement in News when they are.

The domains fomil.tk, outvibes.ml, and outvibe1.heliohost.org have been cleaned up.

Ricky can be very slow at times. Also, If you're one of the many tommy uses who is on Ricky because their account got lost on tommy, yes, Ricky is painfully slow in comparison.

That subdomain was the domain I was trying to clean up. The ardin.es is already cleaned up from what I can tell. I think I might need to do the cleanup on Johnny instead of from Ricky (not supposed to matter, but who knows). For the curious, Addon domains are weird. They're actually a subdomain of your main domain with an alias parked on top. If the sub is broken, you can't add the addon domain. If the domain is fully added and then the subdomain goes missing, you get some really weird behavior. If someone else doesn't get to it before me, I'll look into it in more detail in the morning when I'm at a PC.

I'll let Krydos figure this one out. The account failed to create because the main domain drobin1.heliohost.org is orphaned in the system and could not be cleaned up. The domain drobin2.heliohost.org from your tommy account has been cleaned up. Please pick a main domain that's not drobin1.heliohost.org and try again. Resent.

Probably his name servers. If they're already set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, no action is necessary. If you use third party DNS services like CloudFlare, you should change the A record for your domain to 65.19.141.67 for Johnny.

The server runs ESXi free edition, which does not provide such capability (except showing a table by using a rather long sequence of shell commands). All of the storage API functions that would allow programs inside the VMs to easily pull this information are paid features. ESX is not cheap if you use any of the paid versions...$600/year for the cheapest license (vSphere Essentials I think it's called).

@Nyten: please be mindful of our Terms of Service. Such emails are not generally permitted because bots use them to create multiple accounts. Please change the email address in cPanel to something normal once you get your account set up. Also, why not just use an email provider with a decent spam filter? I get zero spam in my gmail inbox and I've posted my full email plenty of places in the 14 years I've had it. My yahoo mail is the same way. The same cannot be said for my ISP's email...

I'll need another email address for him to send an invite. We can't reuse the one on the Tommy account and the one on his forum profile cannot be used because opayq.com is blacklisted. The domains nyten.heliohost.org and nyten.tk have been cleaned up. Please provide an email address for the invite (PM is fine if you prefer).

Sohamb03 has it here. We can't move an account from a crashed server. You'll need to wait for backups and use those to rebuild it instead. If you have any domains you need released, please let us know and we can clean them up so they can be reused.

It's free, but we only accept a few new users per day to avoid overloading our servers. Registrations open at midnight UTC every day and fill quickly.

Something like this might make sense for the larger VPS options (or if we had customers wanting to prepay for multiple months up front), but otherwise yeah, our average transaction size is too small for the fees to make sense. Most of our donations are between $1 and $10, and not recurring. Also, most of our users are international, so whatever we use must support as many countries as possible. The only countries we aren't allowed to accept money from are Iran and North Korea.

Tommy will not return until at least the end of the month. When it does, it won’t contain any accounts and you’ll need to create a new one or have a ricky account moved.

@jenovaon: We can email it to you manually if it doesn't work. The reason you're supposed to not have the email address released is because we have to change the TLD to .old to release it. An email to (you)@domain.old will obviously get lost if (you)@domain.com is the real domain.
