  1. It's due to our mitigations blocking an ongoing DOS attack on the server. When we handle these, legitimate users getting blocked is a common side effect unfortunately. It's better than the server being down though. Unblocked again.
  2. I don't know much about Java, so I'll have Krydos look at this for you.
  3. Unsolved so it can be looked at again...
  4. Try compiling the war with username_ in front of the filename (e.g. abarquer_warname.war) and deploying that. Our system renames them during deployment if they don't already have username_ in front, and this breaks a lot of war files.
  5. Is this software running on your account, or is it something connecting to Johnny remotely? If it's running on your account, use localhost (instead of johnny.heliohost.org or the IP). If it's remote, be sure you've remote mysql for the IP address you're connecting from (if it's dynamic as most home IPs are, you may want to allow % instead so all IPs are allowed).
  6. It was nothing you did. Tommy was having some abuse thrown at it, and you got caught up in the fray by the DOS mitigation. Unblocked.
  7. We just need some more information about what are you planning to use this account for. Can you explain the suspicious-looking domain? Please keep in mind our Terms of Service, which prohibits things like likebots and phishing.
  8. Java has been broken on Tommy lately. Tomcat keeps crashing for some reason. Krydos can restart it again...
  9. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.<br /><br />If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator
  10. If I remember right, that issue is caused by a code error on your part. Check to make sure you didn't reference localhost or 127.0.0.1 explicitly anywhere in your war. Krydos might know more, I have very little knowledge of how java works.
  11. Unblocked. It wasn't caused by anything you did.
  12. The account's owner has to log into cpanel to keep it from getting suspended, and if the account gets suspended, the site stops working until it's renewed. After some additional time, the account gets archived. The data is only deleted if we run out of disk space. In this scenario, the accounts that have been archived the longest are deleted. The time needed for that to occur varies by server, but is usually a year or more unless we have a hardware failure.
  13. Botnet or some other form of malware from the looks of it. I can't tell exactly what it was because the files are all obfuscated. Either way it can't be unsuspended. If you want a new account we can do that, but I will need a different email address so I can send the invite.
  14. That account cannot be unsuspended because it was involved in illegal activity.
  15. Should be. The only other thing to check is to make sure the file has permissions of 644.
  16. Ouch. Whatever you uploaded is either way too heavy, or broken. Let's have Krydos identify this before we unsuspend it, we want to make sure you know how it fix this so that doesn't happen again.
  17. Did you mean andrywap? That's the only account I see for your email address. That account cannot be restored because it was deleted for disk space. An invite for a new account has been sent.
  18. What was the username of the new account you created with the invite? I may be able to unarchive that (assuming you created it). The old (hacked) account was deleted months ago for disk space, and the data on it was not recoverable anyway because it was full of malware.
  19. That's normal. We don't allow remote access by default. Do you want just the IP shown to have access, or any?
