From my understanding, heliohost2 is an email account where a bunch of system alerts get sent. I'm not sure exactly what it's used for otherwise (or who if anyone even checks it), but I know I've seen various cpanel alerts waiting to being sent to it when I check the exim queues on the hosting servers.

That account is not suspended.
-
If you visit the page in cpanel where you request it, it should give you the estimated date you'll get it. Most users actually get it sooner than that date if they're on Johnny. Tommy accounts may actually take longer.

Did you request java and wait? Java is not enabled by default, you have to request it and there’s a several week wait for it due to demand. Also, other things to consider...Java and CGI are not the same thing. CGI is for things like Perl or Python. Also, Java does not support HTTPS by default.

You probably need to clear your cache. That account was configured yesterday. As for testing it, I can't at the moment because Johnny is down from load again...

[Solved] Java shows as Enabled, but JSP pages are not rendering
wolstech replied to nox's topic in Customer Service
Java only works on plain HTTP by default. It's possible to have it moved to HTTPS, but then plain HTTP won't work...you can't have it both ways unfortunately because doing so would mean the account would hog two Java slots. -
@sohmab03: It's only because of the fundraiser that he can get an increase on top of an increase. Normally you'd be correct.

Johnny is a bit behind on his Apache restarts at the moment due to his load being extremely high. When it restarts next the domain should start working.
-
Please change the domain's name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, then add the domain under Aliases in cpanel. After that it should work within 2 hours of completing the steps.

Your certificate does not list the www subdomain in the SAN section, so the cert is in fact not valid when www. is included before the domain name. It's only valid for stockdiv.com (without www) and mail.stockdiv.com.

Can't it be fixed? Except Cody huh?.... Registration emails arrive normally. That's because Cody doesn't have user accounts on it to get it blacklisted This issue can't really be fixed for the shared IPs. All of our shared IPs have bad reputations in general due to the fact we sometimes host phishing and spam. Sometimes they get blacklisted as well. If we get one delisted, the next time someone sends spam or phishing mail it'll end up listed again. Eventually they won't even let you be delisted, so we try to limit requests for delisting and let the IP's reputation improve so it falls off on its own. If a user really wants to send mail here without facing this issue, buying a dedicated IP is the proper fix. By not sharing with a bunch of spammers, their IP's reputation only reflects what their account sends.

Ricky is currently blacklisted by SORBS (which is a very common spam list), so any provider using that spam filter list will flag or refuse the emails. Also, Gmail typically marks email from our servers as spam anyway. Check to see if it's in your spam bin and choose "Not Spam" if so. After that they'll come through normally for you.

Qsgt has it answered here. Ricky does not support Java.

It was hosting a fake copy of a real website (http://www.freelancer.com/). Such activity is illegal (copyright infringement), dangerous (how do I know you didn't modify it to phish or something?), and also deceptive. HelioHost does not condone illegal or deceptive activity of any kind.

It's working fine for me as well.
-
It was earlier but is now fixed. http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/

@Sohamb03: More likely it was due to line endings. The server is very picky about them, if you use Windows line endings it just doesn't work. New accounts will never generate 500 errors just because they're new. If it's due to incomplete setup, it'll be either queued or on rare occasion a 403 or 404 error (happens when Apache and DNS are ready to go, but public_html is inaccessible or doesn't exist).
-
It's being blocked repeatedly because you have a mail client somewhere that keeps trying to send mail with the wrong credentials. Please disable or correct the credentials in ALL of your mail clients (software, phones, etc.) and this won't happen. Unblocked again.
-
i’ll have to set this up when I get a moment.

The IP you posted from is not blocked and your account is not suspended. Is there another IP you need checked?

Wouldn't be Johnny if he weren't slow... Escalating to have the monitor fixed. -
Done. Give it a few hours to start working again.

Unarchiving...

[Solved] Johnny Stated Down (Monitor broken)
wolstech replied to Sn1F3rt's topic in Escalated Requests
Monitor script is broken on Johnny. Admin tools show it down as well, but it definitely does work...
