ASP is not available on Tommy, but it is available on Lily. Keep in mind that Lily has no control panel (it's just FTP access and PhpMyAdmin) and it has to be used alongside the Tommy account for things like email. Do you want me to create a Lily account for you?

You can sign up for a VPS here: https://heliohost.org/vps/ There may be a wait list, if so you can sign up for the wait list by clicking on a full plan. Keep in mind that a VPS and shared hosting are entirely different products. A VPS comes with a bare install of whatever OS you want, you get SSH access to it and you install everything yourself. It has no control panel or even a web server like Apache by default, you'll need to install those if you want them. Krydos can usually help if you don't know how to install the software, and there's plenty of free control panels you can install on a VPS if you'd prefer something a little easier to use than a command line (KeyHelp and Hestia are two common ones). Morty will offer a more conventional Plesk-based shared hosting upgrade path once it's built. I'll also have Krydos take a look at this for you since he deals with most of the VPS stuff to see if he has anything to add. -

Not at this time. We used to offer Java support, but it was removed when we switched to Plesk and we have not completed the required custom development to reimplement it. At this time you'd need to buy a VPS if you want to host Java. We don't have an ETA on when/if free Java hosting will be available again.

We don't sell domains. Entering it as I show in that picture is how you link a domain you own already. If it's not working for some reason just create the account using a free subdomain and post the custom domain you want to use here, I'll change it on my end for you

I was able to type in mycustom.com just fine using Chrome 112 on Windows 10. Also, 4 other users had no issues creating accounts in the past 24 hours either... Can you post a picture of what you're experiencing?

I've added "deny from all" to your .htaccess to prevent WP from running and unsuspended you. It can take up to 2 hours for your domains to work again, but since I added that deny from all, you'll likely see a forbidden error when they work again. For what it's worth, Woocommerce is one of the heaviest WP extensions in existence (with WordFence being another common offender). WP is a poor performer on its own, and when extensions like these are used, the site tends to become so bloated that it cannot run well without getting users suspended here.

Renewed. This has been happening to users a lot lately it seems. Sometimes it spits out the error but actually renews, other times trying again later works. It's probably load related...
