Stevie's server load has been higher than usual today. Be sure your page closes all MySQL connections at the end. You only need one open connection per page.

As Sove said, try cron first.

You can find that IP address in cPanel, on the left side under Stats, look for the Shared IP Address.

Are you able to login now? Browser caching (the storing of webpages) is my guess.

Like everyone else, your site is loading fine for me. It is possible your ISP has caching enabled. If that is the case, the best we can do is wait it out. As wolstech suggested, try loading your site on another machine on the same network.
