Silly me for not noticing that database users (those created in cPanel using the MySQL utilities) don't have permissions to use the LOAD command. Try logging into MySQL using your cPanel username and password. Not sure if it will work, but it's worth a shot. Also, being a tab delimited file, you should use this command: LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE 'C:\Documents and Settings\tstewart\WebSites\ExamplesSite\tsevent.txt' INTO TABLE sourceEvents FIELDS terminated by '\t'; If you still have no luck after the above, the next thing I can think of is to import your data through phpMyAdmin. If you go that route, you will have to export your file as a CSV or SQL file.

.tk domains are the worst when it comes to DNS. Some times they work as expected, other times it's taken up to a week for me. I don't know what it is. All I can say at the moment is to wait. I apologize for any inconvenience. Not sure if Krydos has another explanation for this.

It sounds like you are already aware of our cron policy. Please remember users are limited to two cron jobs per day. If you need more cron, I suggest using a free service such as setcronjob.com. Your account has been unsuspended.

Try opening your file with a text editor. Select everything inside and copy/paste that into the SQL box in phpMyAdmin. Merged similar topics and moved to Customer Service.

Could you post the error you are getting please?

First, it is never a good idea to post passwords anywhere. Passwords are secret and something only you should know. My guess is someone accessed your account (which wouldn't be hard to do if you are posting your password everywhere). So, please change your password. Yes, you will need to upload your files and restore any backups you may have. Please keep in mind HelioHost does not keep backups. Unless you have backed up your emails, there isn't a recovery option for those.
