Just re-create your public_html folder manually. The other folders should re-create themselves. You may or may not loose any emails, I don't remember. If you have issues or would prefer to "reset" your account, our only method to do that currently is to delete your account using http://helihohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete and re-create it.

That username and/or domain is not located on our system. Most likely it was deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to create a new account and restore any backup data you may have, because Heliohost does not keep any backups of your data once your account has been deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to automatically delete inactive accounts to make room for users who are still active otherwise our servers would soon be overloaded. To prevent this from happening again in the future don't forget to log into your account at least once every 30 days.

First, create a file called index.html with this conent: <html> <head> <title>Hello World</title> </head> <body> <h1>Hello world!</h1> </body> </html> If that loads, then there is a problem with your files/scripts. If not, try deleting all .htaccess files from your site. -
I am not aware of a limit of Java-enabled accounts. My understanding is Java installation is based entirely on Johnny's server load, thus the estimation. Your latest estimate is Mon Jul 22 12:59:33 PDT 2013.

Did you update the email address it sends to at the top of the Cron page? Your account was indeed suspended for exceeding the cron limit. I suggest using a free service such as setcronjob.com. Your account has been unsuspended. -

When visiting your domain cyber-tube.tk, I a page divided into sections with gray backgrounds and what appears to be a missing image. The source code is very strange. When I visit cyber-tube.tk/index.php, I see a blank page with no source code. Please post the code of the script you are having trouble with.
