thank you for your reply, I asked already asked the support team to set the nameservers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org . and about the use of the http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain script, I already tried using my old heliohost account (which I deleted) please refer to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/16109-solved-accidentally-changer-domain-site-doesnt-work-any-more/page__fromsearch__1 When I used this script, I couldn't access to my school project and using the script again to take the old heliohost's subdomain back didn't seem to work. Hi, I already tryed to it back using the script above, then waited more than 48 hours, I loosed hope, so I deleted my account created a new one now. (I'm afraid to loose my school project if I use two accounts at the same time according to your ToS) I used an ugly way to fix my problem, sorry. 48 hours later, Moderators classified this topic as [solved] but still, I have this problem. I guess The only solution for me is to delete this account and create a new one with a working subdomain. Cheers.

Hi, I recently bought a domaine name and I want to link it to my account I contacted my regitrar to change the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org When I try to add the domain I get this error And when visiting the web site I get:

Now that my account has been unsuspended I used the http://heliohost.org.../scripts/domain to change the main domain back to alkhaouarizmy.heliohost.org Your domain has been changed. Please wait 48 hours for the change to take effect I hope that my issue will be solved

Hi, I created an account and hosted my school project here, in Heliohost. after i buyed a domain name,I tried to link it to my hosting. I broke everything. I tried with the addon domain and parked domain in my Cpanel, they gave me some errors I didn't understand. after checking un the wiki section of the website http://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_your_main_domain I thought it was here where I change heliohost's subdomain to my domain. Then the web site broke, I have noticed that the main domain in the stats tab of the cPanel is not anymore my original heliohost subdomain, but the domain name I bought.
