  1. Once an account is unsuspended, it can take up to 2 hours for the site to fully reinstate, since an Apache restart is needed and those begin every 2 hours. After a full 2 hours, please clear your web browser cache and try again, and let us know if you still can't access the site.
  2. Hello! Unfortunately WordPress is very demanding on server resources. Your account was suspended for high server load: 10031.60 CPU, when the limit is 10000 daily. I've unsuspended your account now. Please fix the issue quickly since if you don't make any changes, another suspension is likely. We strongly recommend not using WordPress at all. But if moving away from WP is not an option, we recommend you keep a very close eye on your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ If at any point you become concerned about your account server usage load getting you suspended, you can add "deny from all" to the bottom of your '.htaccess' file to take the site offline. Once that's been done, the site should stop generating load practically instantly.
  3. I've added those domains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain changes to take effect, and they will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please either set your NS records to the HelioHost nameservers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org), or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address. You can see the IP addresses inside Plesk. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache.
  4. PHP functions such as proc_open(), exec(), popen(), etc. are disabled on our shared hosting servers for security reasons. If you need these, you will need to get a VPS. Can you provide more details about why you want to run these per-request scripts, and what you hope to accomplish with them? This will help us determine if there's an alternative method you can use that would be permitted on the shared hosting servers.
  5. You can view how much space (out of the 1000 MB) is being used by checking inside Plesk > Statistics from the left side menu. Please note: Plesk doesn't recalculate in real time, so there's a delay between uploading and the statistics reflecting what's in your account. Node versions available on the Tommy server are: 23, 22, 21, 20, 18, 16. You can view them by logging into Plesk and going to: Websites & Domains > Get Started > Node.js button > Click on the Node.js Version value to view other versions of node available. A word of caution about Node: Node apps often require a lot of server resources, and exceeding the account load limits will cause your user account to be suspended for high server usage. You can keep an eye on your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ I'll escalate this thread to the root admins for your OS-related questions.
  6. Hello! On hosting accounts, secure shell access (SSH) is disabled for security reasons. However, it is possible to run jailed shell commands using Plesk's Scheduled Tasks (cron jobs) feature. In many cases, SSH is not actually necessary. If you let us know what command you want to run, and we'll be happy to investigate other ways to accomplish the same task without SSH. If you absolutely require SSH access, you will need a VPS. We offer a range of VPS plans, and a 10% discount when you pay for 6 months upfront. You can view the VPS plans we offer here: https://heliohost.org/vps/
  7. I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please let us know which Operating System you use, and we can send you the specific steps you'll need. Thanks!
  8. While we're working to unblock you, here are the steps (copied from the Wiki) to add more funds to your Morty account: Adding Funds to Morty Account To add funds to your Morty account, go to https://heliohost.org/donate/ and type in the amount (at least $5 or more) that you want to add. Once the transaction is complete, provide: Your account username The Transaction ID Once an admin confirms the transaction, the funds will be added to your Morty account balance, and they'll update the thread to let you know. The ability to add funds to your Morty account will eventually be built into the account dashboard, but there is no ETA for when this will be completed. Once this feature is available, it will be announced in the HelioNet News section, as well as elsewhere on our site and our social media.
  9. Hello! To add funds to your Morty account, please follow the steps on our Wiki guidance page here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Morty#Adding_Funds_to_Morty_Account
  10. Looks like your friend was able to Archive their account on 2026-06-16 18:33:35 so I'll mark this as [Solved]. If you need assistance with anything else, please create a new post and we'll be happy to help. 🙂
  11. Hello! I've added those domains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain changes to take effect. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  12. I've read stories about users who actually do a bit of research themselves first, but to encounter one in the wild like this... Oh my goodness! 😄
  13. I've unblocked a random IP address. Maybe it was yours? If you're still blocked, it may be faster to provide the IP address that was displayed in the error message to ask for it to be unblocked.
  14. Hello! I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  15. https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#Why_must_all_posts_on_HelioNet_be_in_English? None of our staff speak this language so we would appreciate it if you could translate your support requests to English to help reduce the work load on our unpaid volunteers. The more time you can save us on small things like this all add up and allow us to add new features, and improve our service rather than wasting a lot of time trying to translate stuff. We recommend using a service such as: https://translate.google.com/
  16. On my Tommy account, I have 0s for all stats since May 9, on both domains. Not that they were super popular, but I"ve never had a month with 0 before. On Johnny and Morty, I'm still getting some stats tracked currently, but it shows as Deprecated on all servers.
  17. We had to block a bunch of IP ranges since bots were attacking the Wiki last weekend. Your IP is probably in one of the ranges. This support request is being escalated to our root admins so they can unblock you.
  18. You can keep the hosting plan and have a VPS, that's not against the Terms of Service at all. Any data you want put onto the VPS, you would move there yourself. Hestia haven't yet released their version for Ubuntu 26, so if you want Hestia, you'll need to get Ubuntu 24 installed instead.

  22. I've added those domains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain changes to take effect. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache When we load tested Moodle, it caused a lot of load so the risk of suspension is high. Please make sure to keep a very close eye on your account load if you use Moodle. You can check your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ You can check out the load testing report here, showing the results for Moodle in the table: https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load

  25. Hello! Sorry for the delay in replying, it seems this post was missed accidentally. We try to respond within 24 hours but this can vary depending on if we get busy with work/school/family. Next time, if it's more than 24 hours since you posted asking for help, please feel free to bump the request so it doesn't accidentally get overlooked. As for the request to suspend the other account: You're a longtime user and we've got no reason to suspect you're not being truthful. However, for security reasons we can't suspend Person 2's account when Person 1 asks us to, since we have no way of validating that Person 2 actually gave permission for the suspension. Your friend will have a forum account with the same username as their hosting account. Please have them create their own forum post to ask for the account to be suspended to preserve the account credits. Or, ask your friend to email us at support@heliohost.org from the same email address that's associated with their Morty account, asking us to suspend it. This will enable us to validate their identity and confirm they consent to the suspension of their account. Many thanks!
