No you should be fine. the 503 errors were from webmail being enabled on every account on the server.

Webmail was disabled by default on Tommy due to the 503 errors. you can enable it again by going in Plesk > Dropdown under your domain > Mail > Mail settings. it will be under Webmail.

Yes you are able to change it yourself through plesk in your account settings.

On discord, they said that SSH times out for them. i spent 30 minutes last night trying to diagnose the issue but with no luck.
