We traditionally don't whitelist certain IPs, so if you have a service connecting over FTP from an Azure server, as long as it uses the correct credentials, it shouldn't get blocked.

An administrator can provide more details in about ~8 hours, as it's currently nighttime in the US. It is true that VPSes are exempt from the one account rule. The other account that was detected is not hhfn. However, I'll cancel the pending suspension for your account, and if the other user reaches out, maybe we'll get more information.

What error did you get on the signup page? I can see a pending invite associated with your email address.
