Your domain name has been updated. Remember to update your nameservers to HelioHost's or create an A/AAAA record to Tommy's IP.
-
If you have already set your nameservers to HelioHost's, your domain should begin working within the next two hours.
-
Unless you intend to use your own SSL certificate, one will be automatically created for you within 24 hours from Let's Encrypt.
-
The easiest way is to switch to HelioHost's nameservers. We have a wiki article that provides an overview: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains I have never used Nominalia, so you might have to look around in their dashboard to find how to change your nameservers.

Which domain registrar are you using?

valentinesgen.helioho.st has been added to your account. It may take up to two hours to begin working. In case you're curious, you can have up to ten domains added to your account, whether they are *.helioho.st domains, subdomains, or custom domains you purchased from a domain registrar.

[Solved] SSL doesnt work until I refresh my website?
Unknown025 replied to robertk1997's topic in Escalated Requests
I'll escalate your thread so an administrator can look into it. Are you forcing a redirect to HTTPS using a .htaccess file, or some other method? -
[Solved] SSL doesnt work until I refresh my website?
Unknown025 replied to robertk1997's topic in Escalated Requests
Loads securely for me. Are you having the problem on one specific device, or multiple devices? It's possible the page was cached, which is why it loads with HTTPS after being reloaded. -
You can certainly use Let's Encrypt, in fact Plesk should automatically create a certificate for you if HTTPS is enabled for your domain. If you want to manually fetch a Let's Encrypt certificate, you will need to fulfill the ACME challenge to validate what domain you're creating a certificate for.
