It looks like your disk space has been increased to 4000 MB. It's possible it just needs an Apache restart to take effect, but an administrator can look into this in the morning.

Looks like your account has exceeded the storage quota. You can either upgrade the storage at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/, reset your account, or request some of your files to be deleted by an administrator. -

Thank you for reaching out and explaining, I've cancelled the suspension for aspaixao00. It is against our terms of service (https://wiki.helionet.org/Terms) to create more than one account, even if maintaining for someone else. If your daughter is able to use her account completely independently, that would be fine. You could also request an exception from the policy, and an administrator would get back to you. -

Domains updated, they'll take effect in about fifteen minutes. You'll need to update your nameservers to HelioHost's if you haven't already, or create A/AAAA records pointing to Tommy's IP for each domain. -

We don't consider usernames or posts to be personal information. You can find more details here: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#How_does_community-powered_support_work? As for deleting your forum account without affecting your hosting account, that's a good question for an administrator. -

We unfortunately can't view your image due to how support emails are handled. Images only work through services like Imgur or Photo Bucket. For Morty - you don't need to cancel anything. Your remaining balance will keep your Morty account active until it runs out, at which point your account will be transferred to Tommy. If you don't need your account anymore, you can choose to leave your remaining balance as a donation or request a refund.
