  1. Heh, I almost said something about that too, but I just figured it'd be easier to add it to my adblocker.
  2. Which is what I said...
  3. There is no account in the database with that username. When did you create your account?
  4. I believe that number on the server load is based on the last 15 minutes of load, and the image itself is cached for 5 minutes to help reduce server load. Xaav would probably know for sure since he was the last one to modify it.
  5. Try changing your A record from to I think you lost the last two digits.
  6. Have you: logged into cPanellocated the "Mail" headerclicked "email accounts"located the email account you wish to useclicked the "more" dropdownselected "configure email client"clicked one of the autoconfigure linksor confirmed that the manual settings at the bottom of the page are what you're using? Also it would be a useful troubleshooting step to try horde or squirrelmail (browser mail clients) to make sure your email is working the way you want it to.
  7. When we reset passwords this is exactly what we do is generate a random sequence. Why not just use this link http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ and use the "forgot your password" portion?
  8. You cannot upload anything to our servers through anonymous ftp. That is by design for security reasons.
  9. In cPanel under the advanced header look for index manager. I think this is what you're looking for. There are three options really: Standard, Fancy, and No Indexing. The default is Standard.
  10. Perhaps try disabling any adblockers, or try using another browser?
  11. Since the stevie server wide queued issue has been resolved, closing...
  12. Part of your account being suspended is all your passwords are scrambled so you cannot log in, and since the tool to unsuspend accounts is currently broken we still cannot restore suspended accounts back to normal. Still waiting for djbob to see if he can fix this issue.
  13. What is careless about it? As soon as an administrator noticed that something was broken they immediately began fixing the problem. No one here is really a "customer" (Definition of customer: a person who purchases goods or services from another; buyer; patron.) because we don't charge for any of our services. There really isn't any options to "upgrade" your account since this is a free service. If you're not happy with the best free web hosting on the entire internet you're more than welcome to go spend a lot of money elsewhere, but honestly this service is better than a lot of the paid hosting that exists, but I guess all of this is just my opinion and you're welcome to your own opinions.
  14. Glad your problem got solved! Closing... Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  15. mrmoha.heliohost.org is no longer queued. If you're still seeing the queued page please Clear your cache.
  16. What do you mean by your content is deleted? Wordpress and it's files and directories seem to still exist on your account. Can you access mysql? Either through cpanel or through a script?
  17. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  18. See, now I'm wondering. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?s=...ost&p=71032 This is an account that I unsuspended using that script and now his wordpress is looking really broken. Could it be that that script unsuspends their account allowing apache to show the right thing but breaks their mysql connection? In the output from that script I definitely remember seeing a line about unsuspending mysql users associated with the account. I'm not too familiar with wordpress, but what does a completely blank white index.php with no content mean it is doing?

  20. Your account has not been deleted. It was just suspended. Make sure you log in at least once every 30 days to prevent this in the future.
  21. Please Clear your cache.
  22. See http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?s=...ost&p=71027 Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. <a href="http://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_your_cache" target="_blank">http://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_your_cache</a> -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: <a href="http://feedback.heliohost.org/" target="_blank">http://feedback.heliohost.org/</a> Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
