  1. Your files have been sent to you, and you Johnny account is deleted. You may now create your Stevie account.
  2. The best advice for a hacked website is just to delete all the files and upload a backup that you know is clean. It's also a good idea to try to figure out how they got access in the first place and once you have everything cleared out harden your site so it can't happen again. Each user is responsible for their own site and their own content. If you want an admin to do something we can either suspend your account until you have time to deal with it, or delete it all for you.
  3. The only thing we are offering is a backup of the files, and a manual deletion of your current Johnny account. We are not offering a backup of all of your cPanel settings, or creating your account on Stevie for you. Would you like to request your Johnny account to be manually deleted?
  4. Your request cannot be processed because your Helionet forum account verified email does not match the email address that the account you are asking for was created with.

  6. Done.
  7. Please clear your cache.
  8. Just create the FTP accounts again on your new account if you can't figure out the backup. It isn't a full backup of all of your cPanel settings and everything; it's just your files.
  9. You currently have your remote MySQL set to "198.136.57.1%" have you tried just "%"?
  10. And do you want your account deleted from Johnny?
  11. What is your Heliohost username?
  12. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  13. The % is a wild card meaning any IP address, or your can specify a certain IP address to allow for more security. You're probably best off just using % though if you don't know what you're doing.
  14. No problem. You can help us all keep an eye on the partition usage at this link http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/disk-space/ / (root), /var, and /usr are normally around 90% and are fine at 99% even as long as they don't hit 100%, and /tmp should usually be less than 40% and if it's more than about 60% it means there is probably a malicious user causing problems.
  15. Some abusive user created about a billion files in /tmp filling it up to 100% causing all of the issues listed above. The offending account has been suspended and I am deleting all the files he created. Let us know if anyone is still having these issues.
  16. Did you enable remote connections to MySQL? http://wiki.helionet.org/MySQL_Databases#Connecting_Remotely
